Bond Vet - Hoboken

Dr. Kwon and the entire team at Bond Vet are truly one of the most caring and compassionate veterinary teams. Last month, my dog Colton injured himself running back and forth late on a Thursday night and suddenly wouldn’t put any weight on his back right leg. I made the earliest available appointment the following morning to see Dr. Kwon and the team at Bond Vet. I spent most of that night researching and trying to figure out what could be wrong, but nothing prepares you for hearing that it’s most likely a torn ACL and that sedation and X-rays would be needed to confirm it. When I returned later that day, Dr. Kwon confirmed what we already feared. Even though Bond Vet was clearly having a very busy day, Dr. Kwon sat with me in the room and patiently explained everything in detail while answering every question I had. At no point did she make me feel rushed. She walked me through the options, what recovery would look like, and how life would temporarily change for Colton (and for me as well). She also made it clear that I could reach out with any questions — and she truly meant it. Colton had surgery two weeks ago at a separate surgical facility, and both before and after the procedure I relied on Dr. Kwon for help managing medications and answering questions along the way. What stood out the most, though, was that when she received an updated record from the surgeon showing that Colton was doing well and already walking on his leg again, she reached out just to say how happy she was to hear the news. That level of genuine care meant a lot. Everyone at Bond Vet — from the nurses to the front desk staff to the team answering texts — has been incredibly kind and supportive. Dr. DellaVecchia was also wonderful when Colton had an ear infection just a couple of weeks earlier. It means so much when people treat your dog like their own and genuinely root for them during recovery. Thank you to the entire Bond Vet team, and especially to Dr. Kwon, for making an extremely stressful situation so much easier to navigate.

Gd m..I am super excited to say that Hobokens bond vet is the best of the best....The staff is super nice patient and helpful....Im so greatful and a appreciative for everything....and how they took care of my little lady Sugar...Dr.Nagie and her surgical team (Rachelle & Danielle) are the best...They took such great care in saving Sugar.....They saved my Sugar...They are so caring ,patient ,and honorable and comforting for all ..The family and furry friends...The entire staff is excellent...IF YOU are looking for a safe haven to take your animals..This is the safehaven...They get the job done...Thankyou again for saving Sugar.

Had a great experience with Dr. Kwon at BondVet Hoboken! I brought in my newly adopted dog, Simba, for separation anxiety and reactivity concerns, and Dr. Kwon walked me through the treatment options and answered all my questions. I came in nervous and left feeling so much better. The staff was also super thoughtful and made sure the lobby was clear of other dogs before we left. Moved from LA and so happy to find a new wonderful vet clinic. The space is clean and inviting and the staff are incredibly warm, friendly and knowledgeable. My dog is on the nervous side but she had a very good experience and loved the treats and all the staff members she met. Like all vets in this area, it is expensive (only reason for a 4 out of 5 stars), but they had some great promotional deals going on. My dog says “I love Bond Vet Hoboken-let’s go again!”

In a word: EXPENSIVE. You won’t leave there under $500 for any reason. And you’ll have to come back for stuff. That’s more admin charges. It’s a nicely decorated office that offers an array of treats and coffee for the humans. Staff: they’re friendly and knowledgeable enough. But man. It’s got a hefty 07030 convenience price tag for vaccinations and routine stuff. It’s location is convenient by foot with the fur baby which is nice.
