My groomer did a fantastic job. Our grand doggie looks so fluffy and beautiful. My Daughter has used this place to pet sit as well. The really are a great establishment. And very good at updates with pixies when pet sitting and sent a picture when our grand doggie was down.

So accommodating from the first phone call. Staff is friendly and super helpful and my dog got the best grooming she has ever had. She looked so good. I have several friends who bring their dogs here so it was already highly recommended and it exceeded my expectations.

Update: the manager called me and harassed me to take down my review, still not offering any resolution for the infection from grooming. STAY AWAY FROM PUPCULTURE GROOMING!!! Unfortunately, I’ve had a horrible experience with PupCulture. I have never left any review for a business, positive or negative, but unfortunately, I have to warn others due to the maltreatment of my dog. After grooming, my dog has gotten two bacterial and fungal infections on separate occasions with different groomers. This has been thousands of dollars in vet bills, and it seems to be a repetitive issue. This business has been completely unprofessional in the way they’ve chosen to handle this. I have been waiting for a manager to call me back for four days. I have yet to receive a phone call back to address the situation. Apparently, the list of complaints for this business is so long that they are “still working through the list” to get to my complaint. The infection is so bad that my dog had to get various injections, topical treatments, and steroids to manage this. He spends most of the day crying and physically shakes when we go near the storefront. I cannot speak to the boarding or daycare aspects of this establishment, but judging from their long list of complaints and lack of care and sanitation, I would urge you to stay away from this business.

We love DUMBO pupculture. When we drop off Theo for daycare, Theo runs for pupculture as soon as we turn the corner. He absolutely can’t wait to go. The staff is always so friendly. I know that when I drop off Theo, he is loved and cared for as if he were at home. They send cute updates and photos about his day every once in awhile and it makes me so happy to see he’s enjoying his time there. They also throw great events for the holidays like meeting Santa and doing Halloween costume contests. Truly the best day care he’s ever been to - where the staff is phenomenal!
