We can’t say enough about what a great Job Armando did for us. While my wife and I have always had dogs in our family, Copper who we saved from the pound was different. We were unfamiliar with the Anatolian breed and how protective and difficult to train they are. He was also aggressive and growled at me a lot while being more protective with my wife . His issues were even more which I won’t go into, and had a lot of fear. All that said we didn’t know ow if we could keep him. Armondo knew how to handle him and consistently got results. We spent time with Cooper and now have great improvement. The bread is the bread and they will always be fearful and protective. But he loves his training time, and my relationship with Cooper is night and day better, we are best buddies and he does not challenge me. He is much less fearful in the house. Lastly we have taken Copper off his medication and he is now doing even better without it. Thank you Armando.

Rompin Rovers helped us train our rescue Canaan Mia (M. I. A.) who was brought from Afghanistan to the US by troops. She was a stray that they fed and played with while on deployment. She went from a "pee and poop" anywhere and everywhere and run away and pull me down when I tried to walk her to an obedient, well mannered dog. We are still working on assimilation with other dogs. She stayed at the facility when we were starting a major remodel for about 10 days and was happy and healthy upon pick up. Armando and his team are truly compassionate and caring and want the best for your pet!

If you'd like to read an honest review of this boarding facility continue reading. I will not comment on their doggy daycare due to receiving assistance for boarding and not the daycare. I recently took my two french bulldogs Harlow & Lou here due to having to go out of town. I have never had my two boarded so you can only imagine how worried and concerned I was with the whole process. I went & did a meet and greet with my dogs due to my newly adopted French bulldog has aggression when it comes to his face due to him being blind in one eye. One of the owners who is also a trainer met with Lou and he said not a problem and that they could definitely take him on for a few days. Everything that I was told the day I got information was wrong. 1. the price I was quoted was 134.00 which I paid the day I set it up. Realistically it should have been $168 due to having 2 dogs at $28 a night for 3 nights. Instead of the amount I paid upon pickup I was told I should have actually paid roughly $230. 2. I was told I would be able to download their app and have access to the camera in the room they would be staying in. Which did not happen and I accepted it at the point of drop off because I was then told I would receive updates from the staff and tons of pictures. NOT TRUE. 3. I would have constant updates. NOT TRUE. I did not receive any updates. I did though receive one very blurry picture after I demanded and threw a fit. 4. they are smaller than most boarding places so they would be able to handle them one on one and have a better experience so I should have no worries. Again NOT TRUE. My dogs came home filthy and so did their personal items. There was pee all over their stuff. Its almost as if they never left the area I brought them into. If that is due to Lou's aggression they shouldn't have taken on a situation they couldn't handle. The service received was equivalent to leaving your dogs alone for a few days in your house with no potty breaks in a small confined area. On another note the place is office and facility is filthy and smells of urine. On the site it states "private suites" not true. "Extra large runs and suites".. again where? When I picked up my two dogs I spoke with Armando the owner and he was of no help. From the moment I even spoke to Armando on the phone to get info he was trying to sell me on him training my dog before he had even met him. I just adopted my dog and he has medical issues that need to be addressed before he will go through training but anyway that was never what I went there for. You can either board my dog for three days or you cant. This is my own personal experience with them. I expected what all others would expect for their fur babies. They are not just a house "pet" to me. They are my world and it's very upsetting to know the time they had their. But it will not happen again. They easily could have put their items in the laundry to wash them before I picked up. I also attached two pictures of one of my French Bulldogs face and how filthy it was underneath her eyes when I picked her up.It was so hard that it was almost like a scab and when I cleaned it off with warm water in the bath it was red and irritated. No I don't expect my dog to go their having a spa day but they couldn't even take care of a dog for three days.

We had very high hopes of Sampson being an Emotional Support Animal for PTSD. After trying to walk him and having him pretty much drag me down the sidewalk I knew I needed some intense professional help. After an evaluation, Sampson entered the doggy daycare and training program. The owner Armando Acosta assured me that he was very trainable. We noticed changes as soon as the 2nd day! Armando made sure that when I picked Sampson up he not only told me what they worked on but also showed me so that I could work with him at home. The whole Rompin Rovers team was wonderful to work with. They all took a part in training Sampson. He would get excited every time I dropped him off. Not only can I walk my dog but he knows all of his basic commands. Thank you so much Armando and the Rompin Rovers Team. The whole experience has been life changing and I think the pic proves it.

I have taken my pitbull Tank here 1 time for boarding on July 4th weekend and 2 times for Day care and he just loves it. He is a friendly dog and loves all the play action. He even found a girlfriend Lola. The staff is really friendly and very good with the dogs. I am going on a 10 day trip and this is where my special little buddy will be going. I feel like he is safe and well taken care of when he is here. Home away from Home. Definitely recommend this place.
