Dr. Andy is truly one of a kind. Thank you for always being so patient, understanding, and accommodating with my boy, Osito. He’s definitely not the easiest dog to handle and is not a fan of vet visits, yet Dr. Andy and his remarkable team always treat him with so much care, gentleness, and respect. They consistently go above and beyond to make Osito feel safe and comfortable. Dr. Andy doesn’t just treat pets—he truly cares for them. The way he takes his time, listens, and genuinely looks out for Osito’s well-being means everything to me as a pet parent. Beyond being an incredible veterinarian, he has a beautiful soul and calm presence that Osito can sense from a mile away. That kind of compassion can’t be taught—it’s who he is. I am endlessly grateful to have a vet who I trust completely with my boy. I will, over and over again, choose All Creatures Great & Small.

ACGS is an amazing vet. They were the primary vet for our previous dog who lived a full life until cancer got him at 13. The vet was so helpful in finding his issue as soon as he got sick, helping us understand when it was time, and helping keep our best friend comfortable near the end. We recently got a new puppy but live in the city now. They’re not our primary vet, but due to how expensive neutering is downtown we asked if we could bring him in there to get it done. They agreed and our pup had an awesome initial visit with them. The team here seems to truly care about humans and their companions.

My red eared slider was diagnosed with septicemia and on top of that, I was worried he was showing symptoms of a respiratory infection. I was able to get an emergency visit with Dr. Andrew Eisenberg to make sure my little guy was okay. Dr. Eisenberg was super knowledgeable about turtles and knows how to handle them very well. I'm so glad I was able to find an exotic vet that was closer to me, especially one that is very professional and personable. The front staff were so kind and the vet techs were extremely friendly. I highly recommend this place to anyone with or without exotic pets and I will continue taking Mr. Turtle here.

I have been a client with this practice for over 25 years. I have always felt that my pets and their health were a priority with All Creatures Great and Small. The front desk crew is always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They are great at fitting us in when they can, and giving us advice over the phone if they have no openings. We have seen every doctor there, and have been happy with each of them. We are grateful for this practice, Thank you for being there for us.

I've been taking my kitty here for the last two years. I have never experienced such great customer service at a vet office before. From making appointments via phone, to checking in at the front desk, and seeing the vet and techs, they are all so wonderful. My cat also needed some dental work done and ended up having 5 teeth pulled. I was a nervous wreck after I dropped her off. The communication before, during, and after the procedure was excellent. I appreciated the call with an update as soon as she was done even though I couldn't pick her up for a few hours. It's comforting to know your fur babies are in such capable and professional hands. Highly recommend All Creatures Great and Small to everyone!
