Wow. Literally amazing. Dr Kue is beyond one of the best veterinarians I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. My dogs love him. He treats them like his own and explains everything that’s going on with your pup. Actually remembers your pet and is thorough yet quick. Very personable and makes sure every pet is comfortable. I’m so glad I was able to find someone who really cares about the wellbeing of my dogs just as much as I do. He’s also very funny! Couldn’t have had better experiences with him and his staff. They also go above and beyond. My 120 Rottweiler hates her nails clipped and they got on their hands and knees to get her overgrown dewclaw without traumatizing her like other places I’ve been.

I was referred to Dr. B by a sport dog competitor friend and drove 90 minutes to the Claws and Paws office. My sport dog had been thoroughly worked up and started treatment out of state before we came to Florida for a few months to warm up! ☀️Dr. B took the time to read my dog’s recent medical records and discuss her care with me before doing a thorough exam and then chiropractic and shockwave treatments. I am looking forward to seeing Dr. B and her team again in 2 weeks. How fortunate that this office is willing to continue my dog’s care while we are in Florida!! How fortunate others are that have Claws and Paws and Dr. B as their regular vet and clinic! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The absolute WORST veterinarians! Over a period of 8 months I had taken 3 of my cats and my dog to their facility. One of my cats was being seen on a regular basis. That cat had gotten very sick. Instead of just walking in (as they stated they have walk-ins at specific times) I thought I’d give them the courtesy and call before I went in with my very sick cat. I was told that they were too busy and they’d pass along my cat’s medical records to another vet that I would somehow find on short notice. I pleaded with them, telling them again that my cat was very very sick. Claws and Paws are the ones that MADE MY CAT DEATHLY ILL, most likely by combining the rabies vaccine and Covenia shot during my cat’s dental cleaning. And they still said that they were too busy to see my cat. I wound up reluctantly going to another vet. I called Claws and Paws the next day to ask them a question about my cat and amazingly they now had an opening/cancellation and could see my cat. They decided that my cat was so sick that he needed to be boarded - so I left him. They didn’t call me the night I left him, nor in the morning to let me know how my cat was doing. I picked my cat up and took him to Urgent Care who then referred me to a specialist facility. If you can’t see YOUR vet when your pet is sick and in desperate need then they’re not only useless, but heartless. Shame on them for not caring. They should not be working with animals.

Dr. Brisbois and Dr. Kue saved my two year old cat from a life threatening urinary blockage. They are compassionate and caring. The ladies in the front are the sweetest ever, and the vet techs are the best I have ever encountered. My Midnight needed surgery, and Dr. B was so incredibly skilled at this procedure that I did not have to go elsewhere and pay thousands of dollars to save my cat’s life. She performed PU surgery, and the results and pics speak for themselves. Midnight ended up staying there a week and a half, and I would not have been able to have afford that length of stay elsewhere. The vet techs sent me pics every day while he was there, which made me feel so grateful that I drove all the way from Brandon to their practice. Holly was so sweet, and I am thankful I received a referral from a healthcare coworker to bring my cats there. They truly are the best at everything they do. I will not go anywhere else. When I had to follow up with them and bring midnight back for a follow up appointment after surgery, my cat was walking around in the exam room like he owned the place. I have NEVER seen him so comfortable going to a vet EVER!!! That said it all! He acted like he was home. He is doing so well, and words will never be enough to express my sincere appreciation for all they have done. If you want a caring Vetenarian Office, who will treat you and your furbabies like they are their own… bring them to Claws and Paws in Zephyrhills FL!!!

I was referred to this vet from the breeder I purchased from. Both vets are so professional and kind! The staff as well. Switching from one vet to another can be stressful but this was a seamless transition. I highly recommend Dr. Jennifer Brisbois and Dr. Kue. I literally drive almost an hour each way for the superior service they provide Audacity and Ridiculous. Thank you!
