Town & Country Veterinary Hospital

I went for an emergency with my dog who was in serve pain. He could not move his back legs. They put us in a room with no chair. I had just had back surgery. I could barely stand. After waiting an hour still no one had come to check. I opened door and asked how long it would be and the lady did not know and shut the door. After 30 more minutes I again opened the door and asked for a chair. The lady shut the door and never came back. After staying in the room 3 hours, I asked again how much longer and again I was told she did not know and again she shut the door. I was in so much pain from standing I couldn’t stand any more. I took my poor dog and left. Now this was during regular business hours. I drove to the emergency clinic out by Odessa and was told my dog had somehow broken his back and would have to be put down. I had been going to this vet ever since he started. I was so upset I will never go back.

Same as every other vet in this dumpster town. Full of rude people, waiting to tell you no, and turn you away! I cannot wait to move back to a nice place lol Midland/Odessa is literally the dirtiest place I've ever seen and the peoples attitudes around here match the scenery PERFECTLY!! ✌️

We have been coming to Town & Country for the last 9years or so. I absolutely love the Doctors and Staff. They are a VERY busy clinic, but always do what they can for the animals as far as getting them in to be seen. They have saved our Corgis eg and life, and diagnosed our boxer when others just "guessed". Forever grateful to EVERYONE who works at this clinic.

I was able to get a next-day appointment for my sweet Choco almost 4 years ago as a new patient, where she got her diabetes diagnosis (and was KDA). They saved her life! Got her started on insulin injections and prescription food, and she's still going strong to this day! The entire staff here are amazing and super helpful. As with most veterinary clinics, it's pricey, but the money is well-spent. I highly recommend this place.

Since being pet owners (mostly dogs) over the past 20 years ago we have used Town and Country Veterinary Hospital. We have established a relationship with the Doctors there that's almost like family. Thank yall again for helping us through the tough times especially when we have to say goodbye to our pups. We have received nothing but the utmost respect, love and concern when it comes to our family.
