There was one employee that I saw his name was Paul he answered all of my questions that I had and even gave me advice and tips on my bearded dragon he was very very knowledgeable for me and made me feel more confident for being a first time bearded dragon owner, thank you paul!

The store itself is very clean and they have a great selection of reptiles however the employees attitudes are absolutely terrible. Ive been in multiple times and am greeted by nasty looks and short answers. I'd rather order my feeders and I will from now on. Don't shop here if you dont have to feeders are cheaper online.

Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. My daughter left with exactly what she was looking for and everything she needed for their care. We have never had a bad experience with any Scales N Tails we have been to.

Great exotic shop (mainly focused on herpetiles), I've been getting most of my reptile and arachnid supplies here for almost 10 years now. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and the owner seems like a great guy from the few times I've dealt with him over the years. Skip the corporate chain stores and support your local herp shop instead

Absolutely love this place! My daughter comes here for her feeder mice and dubia roaches at a great price. They also are one of the few places around that stock panther chameleons! Service is awesome and there's always a lot of different animals to look at. Especially their Caiman's in the large terrarium.
