My 3 spoiled dogs ALWAYS get great care with this office. The follow up calls truly mean alot!

There are not enough positive words to describe the level of care, concern, knowledge, and professionalism we received when we visited Cordova Animal Medical Center. We are SO very fortunate to have found Dr. Peterson and staff. The Doctor gets down on the floor with your pet (a pup in our case) and greets them in the manner that they want to be greeted. They get to know your pet prior to the exam, making your pet very comfortable. When it's time for the exam, they have a exam table that doesn't allow the pet to slip and slide, further comforting your pet. They are very gentle, soft spoken, and extremely thorough with the exam, explaining EVERYTHING. They are very patient and answer any and all questions you may have without becoming condescending or impatient at all. They even ask many questions about your pet so they can get to know you and your pet better and fully understand each situation. We also had the horrific decision to make regarding one of our sweet pups, and with the care, concern, gentleness, kindness they all displayed, they made one of the worst days of our lives as good as it possibly could be. They have a softly lit bereavement room with comfortable furniture, blankets and soft music to sit with your pet as long as you need to. They explain each step, and comfort you while you comfort your pup in whichever way you need. They let you stay as absolutely long as you need to and are patient, gentle and caring. When you are ready to leave, there is a private exit. Very thoughtful. Dr. Peterson designed this office with all of the top notch equipment, and excellent design features to offer ease for incoming/outgoing patients. The entire staff loves what they do and it shows in their care, concern and service. They are genuine, friendly, caring, and extremely knowledgeable. We are very fortunate to have found Dr. Peterson, staff and Cordova Animal Medical Center. Thank you for taking such great care of us.

The doctors and staff at Cordova Medical Center are phenomenal. I took my sweet cat Precious to them yesterday. They were so wonderful to her and so gentle in their care. They were also very knowledgeable about her condition. She had not eaten in a few days, and as soon as I got her home, she began eating and is improving. I would recommend them to everyone. Thanks so much Cordova Animal for taking such good are of my baby.

Overall amazing experience! Emily up front was wonderfully attentive and helpful through the entire scheduling and check-in process. Yasamin was so great with my dogs, and was especially helpful with my very high-energy girl. Dr. Mowdy was kind, incredibly knowledgeable and experienced and did great with both of my pups. The clinic is pristine and clean! My babies are in great hands at Cordova Animal Medical Center. 🙏🏻 Thanks team!

Such amazing crew! Always friendly. Listen to everything you have to say or the questions you have. Check in on your pets once they’re home from procedures to make sure they’re still doing ok. I highly recommend this vet! We had to put our rottie down when she was diagnosed with aggressive cancer and they let us take our time saying goodbye to our sweet girl and even gave her hugs and pets themselves. Definitely give them a chance ! They have so much to offer your babies !
