Bridge Veterinary Care

Please avoid going to this place. Customer service horrible.. you know when you called a place if they care or not... I just spoke over the phone and the girl was rude and no empathy for animal care. I asked her due no appointment availability until the following week for any emergency vets around same area and she said they didn't know any one except for them. island rescue...Is not about money is about having emphaty. Shame on this place.

They used to be adorable not anymore I went there for my dogs teeth cleaning and they said my dog has a ear infection among other things so when I went to my vet (aka twins) the vet said that my dog doesn't have a ear infection so be careful

This is the worst vet practice I have ever experienced. They are very rude and don't have any compassion. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR ANIMALS! I became so fed up with their entire staff that I requested to have my cat's record transferred to another vet. Once they saw this they sent me a letter that they can no longer treat our animals! THANKS, BUT I DUMPED YOU FIRST! Look at the letter.

The veterinarian Dr. Kim Ng is always so kind, helpful, and very thorough. We have three cats. The office is kept clean and the staff are friendly.

All I can say is OMG! The other reviewer, Daisy, wrote my story! In other words the same exact thing happened to me! Wanted me to see a specialist for a supposed heart murmur! I took my cat for another opinion today. The vet said his heart sounds beautiful and further pointed out his blood work test for heart issues was perfect with no problems detected. I literally burst into tears as I was so worried about him. This doctor at Island Rescue has scam written all over her face. I should have known when she barely would answer any of my questions and spoke down to me. I wish this place would get investigated. How dare they play on our love for our pets. Karma’s gonna getcha!
