Very fair pricing, vet was great and very knowledgeable about animals. Brought our 14 year old chocolate lab to Anchor. He knew how to help. But, very busy and crowded when I was there! Waited 90 minutes after my appointment time to see him. I had to park nearly 2 blocks from the hospital!

Had an appointment for 3 pm and waited until 6 before giving up and leaving. We lost 3 hours waiting!! I kept asking "how much longer?" and was told "10 more minutes" countless times. This place has no regard for their customers, be ready to wait 3+ hours even w an appointment!! The most disrespectful treatment I have ever experienced as a customer.

​⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Spay/Neuter Service for My Cat! (Second Visit) ​This was my second time visiting this clinic, and once again, I am completely satisfied with the service. ​I brought my 11-month-old male cat in for a neutering procedure. I believe the appointment was scheduled about two weeks in advance. ​Timeline and Experience: ​Drop-off: Around 6:00 PM. ​Procedure: Around 8:00 PM. ​Pick-up: Around 10:00 PM. ​The process was very smooth. I live only 15 minutes away, so I dropped him off and received a call at 10:00 PM notifying me he was ready for pick-up after recovery. ​Cost and Satisfaction: ​Regardless of whether the price varies by weight, our total cost for the procedure was exactly $152. ​I am highly satisfied with both the price and the quality of the service provided. Review Update (10/24/2025) I requested my dog’s medical records over a month ago and have called multiple times to follow up. Every time, all I got was, “I put a note.” That’s it. Nothing ever happened. Now, my dog’s insurance company is also saying they can’t get any response from Anchor Animal Hospital, not through phone calls or emails. It’s honestly frustrating because I’ve had to visit several other veterinary clinics due to my dog’s diagnosis, and none of them had this issue. Every other clinic was quick and professional about sharing medical records when needed. If you’re thinking about taking your pet here, please think twice. Communication and follow-through are really important when it comes to your pet’s care, and unfortunately, this place has been completely unresponsive. (9/2025) You really do get what you pay for. The prices are affordable, but the service is disappointing. It’s hard to reach anyone by phone, and both the front desk staff and technicians show a lack of professionalism. On top of that, you never actually see the doctor at the time your appointment is scheduled. My time should be respected, and it should not be wasted by waiting around for an extra hour or two after I’ve already made an appointment. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this animal hospital.

Unbelievable care provided at Anchor. Doctor cares, does his research, and stays engaged to see out proper care. Hospital has cared over 8 of our pets through the years with precision while also being friendly and professional. Thank you.
