If I could give ten stars I would. My fiance and I took our puppy, Aster, here due to a concern over bloody stool. The visit was rough and some tough conversations were had. The compassion and care our family received was unlike anything we imagined. The staff was patient and understanding and worked with us to give our baby the best fighting chance possible. If you have a pet in need look no further, you can trust this team to care for your baby like their own 🫶🏻🐾

Had an emergency situation on a holiday weekend and this facility was absolutely incredible at handling everything including transfer from my original facility, surgery and post op care. Dr. Tierney was phenomenal. Knowledgeable, empathetic and an excellent surgeon. Very thankful she was available and able to perform this procedure (that proved to be life saving for my dog). Dr. Cline and the techs overnight as well as the next day informed of my dogs status and were instrumental in my dogs post operative care I'd be remiss if I did not also compliment the front desk staff - Rosalind - she is absolutely the best person for that position. Handling phone calls, patient after patient and still keeping her calm all while showing care and concern for my situation Absolutely recommend this facility for anyone needing emergency care

I cannot say enough good things about MedVet. From the moment we walked in, the entire team treated my fur baby Tin-Tin like their own. The doctors, technicians, and staff were compassionate, knowledgeable, and patient, taking the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. During a very stressful time, they gave us comfort, reassurance, and exceptional care. I am beyond grateful for the love and dedication they showed my fur baby. MedVet truly goes above and beyond, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing expert veterinary care.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I want to leave this review straight from the heart for the veterinary emergency room that cared for our beloved Simona in her final moments. Today, we received a sympathy card from them that truly touched my soul, and I can’t express how much it means to us. I never imagined that such a simple gesture could mean so much. This wasn’t the first hospital we brought her to that day, but it was the place where she finally received the care and dignity she deserved when the truth about her internal tumor came to light. Seeing this handwritten card, filled with kind words, showed me that they are not only professionals but also people with huge hearts. I wish they could have known Simona when she was healthy, joyful, and full of life, but I am comforted knowing they will remember her and that they took the time to honor her passing in such a heartfelt way. From the bottom of my heart, thank you. We have another pet, Dariusz , and we will not hesitate to trust you with his care in the future. Sometimes, it only takes a simple act of kindness to bring light into someone’s darkest days. You have done that for us, and we will forever be grateful. Excellent staff and veterinary care. Appointments were on time and efficient. My kitty received stellar care and I was very impressed with the level of detailed communication I received throughout the process. Very impressed with Med Vet. Photos of my kitty during and after treatment. Very involved surgery. He’s on the mend !
