If you care about honesty, transparency, and your pet’s safety, please read this before bringing your dog here. I brought my dog Roxy here today for a bath, ear cleaning, and nail trimming if needed. When I picked her up, Jessica told me that Roxy’s nails had been trimmed and filed. No one mentioned any issue or injury at that time. After leaving the store, I went directly to my child’s playdate. When I arrived, I noticed blood on my clothes. I checked Roxy and discovered that one of her nails was actively bleeding. I immediately called the shop to inform them, and instead of an apology or concern, I was told that “it’s normal for nails to bleed” — as if this was acceptable and nothing to worry about. They did mention how to stop the bleeding, but again, no apology at all. A few minutes later, I received a text message from the store claiming that “no one cut Roxy’s nails.” This is when the issue became truly serious. This wasn’t just about a grooming accident anymore — it became a major honesty and integrity problem. Freshly trimmed nails are extremely obvious to any dog owner, so denying it was both insulting and infuriating. Because of the dishonesty, I called the shop again and spoke with Jessica. Shockingly, she denied trimming Roxy’s nails on the phone, even though she had personally told me in person that she did. Only after I made it clear that dishonesty would escalate the situation did she change her attitude and say she would “check the cameras to see who trimmed Roxy’s nails.” At this point, the biggest issue is not the bleeding nail itself — accidents can happen. The real problem is the lack of honesty, accountability, and professionalism: • They trimmed my dog’s nails without properly informing me of any issue • My dog was bleeding and still no apology • They first admitted it, then denied it completely by text • Staff changed their story only after being confronted This is a serious trust issue. If a business cannot be honest about something as simple as a nail trim, how can customers trust them with anything more serious? Pet grooming must be built on trust, because we are leaving our pets — our family — in their care. After this experience, I completely lost trust in this place. I truly hope the owner reads this, because customers deserve honesty, not excuses, denial, and cover-ups.

This was the first time my dog has ever come home with such an even cut, no missed spots at all! She smelled amazing and was very happy after her grooming. The staff was professional and there were no long wait times, which I really appreciated. I’m usually very picky when it comes to where I take my dog, but this place truly impressed me. The facility feels safe and comfortable, and I definitely plan on coming back regularly. Highly recommend!

I LOVE Fetch! this is the 3rd or 4th time my Samoyed has come to have a full grooming, and I can’t speak highly enough! Mochi (said Samoyed) is so excited to get in the door and is always happy when he comes out. Grooming a Samoyed is no mean feat, they don't shed, they detonate in shedding season, and they take a long time to dry. My boy is also a little picky and pedantic when being trimmed, but he doesnt have any qualms with Fetch!! He always comes out looking SPECTACULAR as well as happy. Fetch also has an amazing shop with cute outfits, toys and leashes you can’t find anywhere else. Their pricing is very fair and always text to let me know when Mochis ready. I highly recommend this groomers, and do so to all my friends and people who ask me when they stop to comment about Mochi. Thank you so much Fetch for always being so great !

I enjoy the experience and ambience of taking my senior dog here for pampering. From the salon services to the clothing and treat products they have in store in all they score 5 stars with me. I refuse to take my dog else were. Sofia is the absolute best when is comes to taking care of my Maltese poodle. He comes out looking amazing and smelling amazing every single time ! He’s a nervous dog but he’s happy and seems like he’s almost proud of him self every time he has his services done. I so far have no complaints. Karen has always been so kind and welcoming to us. Best service and you can honestly say you get what you pay for here. If you want a pampered happy dog this is your place! Will always recommend my family and friends to fetch.
