MacLennan Park Trail

Fun trail but you might get lost (we did).

We’ve been hiking here 3-5 times a week for a month or so, otherwise we hadn’t been here in several years. I can’t believe we forgot about how awesome these trails are. They are kept very clean, fallen trees and branches are moved promptly. It’s so beautiful and it would take quite awhile to walk every trail. Doing trails in reverse gets you a whole new perspective as well. Everyone on the trails has been very friendly too. Lots of bicycles on the trails and even a sick bike course for advanced cyclists.

A great place for a quiet walk or to introduce your kiddos to the outdoors or support your growing photography hobby.

Great place to hike or go for a simple walk. I love the amount of options to take. You can do something different everyday of the week. The levels of difficulty per trail is nice too. Very well maintained.

Great trails in Topeka for hiking, running, and biking. A nice mix of technical trails and groomed (a little pavement and some crushed limestone) trails. Some of the trails have nice elevation gain and offer some good hill workouts for this area.
