(from Google)Very dusty..was a Holiday weekend and apparently a drought. I love the dirt roads, but would have been nice if they wet them a little during a busy weekend. Also beware..the trail markings were very confusing, but the good thing is that I met a very nice park ranger who gave me directions.
Such a nice quiet place that you can relax, fish, boat, canoe, or kayak at!
Beautiful park. Nice boat launch with bathroom facilities. There are pay stations at each entrance for the $2 parking fee. There is a gorgeous raised wood deck trail along the Hillsborough River and plenty of hiking trails. Bring a camera - oh, and bug spray.
Love the place. Many spots to stand and enjoy nature. Some of the bridge were close but out of that is an amazing adventure to spend all day there. 100 percent recommended for the entire family.
Boat ramp is easily accessible. Easy to find. Beautiful land and very well kept. Restrooms were clean which is not common with public parks. Overall just a great day, great weather, and a new park to add to the family.. Thank you to all the park rangers for good upkeep of the property and appreciate all of you!
