(from Google)Great park! Lots of alligators and birds. Trails are easy and run along the river bank. Great for fishing, exploring and kids. Boardwalk is currently closed.
Beautiful 2 dollars to park all day and likely to see some gators! Me and my family had a blast following the trail and seeing the alligators!
Nice little park, quiet when I went. Lots of rules, Bike paths and pets are allowed and not allowed in all different areas, kinda dumb be watchful of signs. $2 to park, make sure you pick the side out of many you want you can't move once paid to a different part. Went in on conservation side, lots of shade. Lots of alligators and turtles.
Kayak regularly between John b. Sargeant and Morris bridge beautiful clean park. Has a nice boardwalk along the river with plenty of wildlife to see. Even if im kayaking past Morris Bridge to trout creek I always stop at Morris bridge to use restrooms and eat my packed lunch. Also has several areas that are good for fishing on the river just watch out for gators if fishing off the bank and not off one of the docks.
Absolutely beautiful park. Love the wildlife on the river. Although the boardwalk is still closed down from the last hurricane we had. But the trails are open.
