Arvada Flats Veterinary Hospital

All staff members made me feel informed and welcome the entire process. From first visit, to appointment scheduling, to completion of surgery for my pet, I felt reassured the entire way! I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone who needs routine checks or major surgery for their animals.

This appointment was for both of our dogs to get their toe nails trimmed. I just cannot do this by myself. The techs take care of them. They are very kind to both dogs. One of our dogs is a mini dachshund. She is not very friendly and she becomes very stressed out at the vets. The techs take very good care of her while she is there. The staff and the docs are all very caring.

Really great first experience with our little corgi/lab Morty. Have been to nine vets along the front range with our three dogs over the past decade, and after the vets at CSU saved our first dog's life, I've always had a soft spot for CSU-alum vets. (Also doesn't hurt that they are one of the top vet schools in the country) Arvada Flats has multiple CSU alum doctors on staff, which is super cool. Arvada Flats also is vet-owned, so you can trust that they make the best decisions they can for you and your pet, without conflicts of interest due to shareholders placing limits on what they can prescribe (or pushing unnecessary meds/diagnostics) or how long they can spend with each patient. While there are advantages to PE-owned clinics, I have come to the conclusion over the years that I just feel better trusting my pup with a vet-owned clinic. Arvada Flats is a solid, kind, and expert clinic, and I look forward to establishing Mortimer in their care for the foreseeable future!

My 2 cats, Folly and Ike; and my dog Juno, have been treated with nothing but kindness and concern. We have seen several of the vets in the practice. We have had appointments with Dr. Best, Dr. Stone and Dr. Harris and the vets have been skilled and compassionate. I trust them implicitly. Folly especially is an anxious kitty and they have been amazing with her. Many thanks to the whole staff. Highly recommended!
