They always do an amazing job with our dog and cats. They provide compassionate care from young to aged, and review options that allow us to actively participate in the plan for care.

Absolutely amazing staff. Very welcoming, even though we weren’t clients - we absolutely are now!! I brought our sweet old lady kitty in around 4:45 pm, Dr Zach was so thorough, gave all the options, and worked with me to find the best possible solution. The staff worked with me for almost 2 hours to help our kitty, including a surgical procedure. I didn’t leave till almost 7pm, kitty in tow, and deep appreciation for this hospital. Thank you ALL again so very much for saving our Kiwi. 🥝 ❤️

I absolutely adore the veterinarians at Bentwood and have always appreciated the care and attention they give to my pets. However, I wanted to share some recent feedback in hopes it brings a bit of reflection. Recently we received two calls letting me know that my 100-lb German Shepherd was “difficult to work with.” Hearing that made me feel a little uneasy about bringing him back. He’s a big dog, and naturally, he can be a bit anxious when getting shots, as most pets would be in that situation. Additionally, my work/activity schedule is very tight, and my only window to pick up my puppy’s required medication this week is between 12:00 and 1:00 p.m. I completely understand that’s lunchtime, and I respect that. I simply asked if it might be possible to slip the medication through the door , something that would take just a few seconds, but was told that wasn’t possible. I share this not out of frustration, but in the hope that a little flexibility and empathy might be considered for clients doing their best to follow clinic procedures while juggling full schedules. The staff’s medical care and compassion have always been excellent, and I truly hope to continue trusting Bentwood for my pets’ needs.

I highly recommend North Bentwood Vet! Dr. Victor, Dr. Zach, Sarah and staff are absolutely amazing and always go above and beyond! As my Boxers get older, they seem to have more and more issues, as we all do. I seem to visit the vet clinic more than anything. The doctors and staff are always pleasant and friendly and never make me feel like I’m a nuisance, even when I feel I am. To the doctors and staff: I just want to let all of you know how much I love and appreciate all of you! I know Daphne would not be with us today if it wasn’t for the care she has received from Dr. Schulze! And now that Bagger is having issues, I know he will be in good hands with whatever happens. If I was able to give more than a 5 star for North Bentwood Veterinary Hospital and Boarding I would. My husband and I are so impressed with the care and love that our two pups receive here. Our dog woody recently ate something that he was not supposed to and had to get emergency surgery. Dr. Zach, Dr. Victor and their team were very attentive, they called with updates throughout his surgery and even called every day with updates when being hospitalized a few days after which kept our minds at ease. A couple days after, Woody had taken out some of his staples and they were able to see him and take care of him right away without hesitation and mentioned that he was worth it. They will treat your animals like if they were their own. The most genuine caring people that you would want to leave your animals with. Woody is now acting like his normal self again and healing tremendously. Thank you, Dr. Zach, Dr. Victor and team, for everything you do!
