Countryside Kennel

I have boarded my dogs and cats here on several occasions and have always had a great experience! They are a very clean and accommodating facility. They’re also personable and remember our dogs each time we come in. The prices are very reasonable as well. I’m confident our pets receive excellent care here and we will continue boarding here!

I’ve been bringing my (now) 4- year-old GSD and 12-year-old mixed pups here for a few years now. My old baby is usually really stressed out whenever he’s away from me for more than 37 seconds, so I don’t know what magic they work at Countryside but both always come back relaxed and tired, but definitely not stressed. Their grooming services and staff are top-notch and I love that I can board my dogs together, but away from other dogs. Everyone I’ve interacted with there are definitely pet people (their orange tabby cat is the sweetest), and I can’t recommend them enough for anyone that needs their pet boarded.

The best boarding place in town! Why? First, because they love your dog like their own, second, they care really well and third they don't judge because of the breed. I couldn't be happier with the experience. A warm friendly staff always greeted me nicely and made me feel at ease. The facility is clean, and well-organized and has plenty of space for the dogs to play and relax. Thank you so much for taking care of my dog Apollo!

Boarded my dogs for the first time in June of 2024. I made reservations in April and had my estimate done then. Even called the place to confirm boarding fees! A week before I checked the online boarding reservation to verify cost. Then the day I dropped off my dogs the fees were $100 dollars higher. When I questioned the cost the gentleman indicated that as of June 1st they increased their fees. I questioned my original booking and was met with a response that didn’t make sense. I also questioned why I was not notified of there price changes. No real clarification was provided. I paid in full and boarded my pets as I did not want my disapproval to be taken out on them. We were leaving on an international flight the next morning with not many options at that point. I picked up my dogs 9 days later to see that they seemed very well adapted which made me happy. I emailed the place three times about the additional fees and wanting some clarification or for them to at least acknowledge the original boarding fees quoted! No response to any of my attempts. I am happy that my pets were cared for and seemed well taken care of during their time. However the dishonestly and lack of communication with this place and their prices have resulted in me not wanting to board there again.

If you want your dog to be around other dogs socially & have a lot of room to run & play then I totally recommend Countryside Kennel.
