Higley Groves Animal Hospital

Everyone here is wonderful - from the front desk, to the techs and right on to the veterinarians. They listen to me as a pet parent and react to my concerns promptly. I feel like my fur baby is always made to feel as comfortable as possible and well taken care of!

I went in for a vet tech appt and ended up needing a full exam, X-rays and blood work. They were able to squeeze me in that day and provide amazing service for my baby Daisy. Thank you so much for all you guys do! Highly recommend and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Oh my goodness! The staff here are amazing, from the receptionists, to the vet tech, to the vet, Dr. Chan. The vet tech and the Dr. Chan actually each came in and sat on the floor with my dog, Zephyr, to examine him. They talked to him and petted him, and he just ate it up. They also listened to me. I will definitely go back. I highly recommend Higley Groves Animal Hospital.

Firstly - a big thank you to the staff at Higley Groves - ya'll are compassion personified. Been bringing our two kitties here for the past few years and am continually impressed. From their admin staff, to techs and vets: everyone is excellent. They truly care about every animal that walks through their door. Questions? Concerns? Extra documentation? At every turn: they go the extra mile with knowledgeable details, professionalism, and the highest care possible. Highly recommend this office 🖤

The staff was especially attentive to my dog’s nervousness. They were willing to allow her to stay with us in the room to help keep her calm. Dr Chan was very comforting and nice. Amber seemed to have worked with her before and knew she was a handful. But did not have trouble with swabbing her ears with us in the room. Everything went OK with her. Our dog was very scared to be out of our reach. Dogs need as much comfort if not more than humans do. They did a good job with her.
