They are irresponsible, mediocre people and always the same excuse. The dog was moving a lot, so then they called my cell phone number to pick up my dog. If you can't do it well, don't do this massacre! I paid $100 for this and they told me, "Forgive us, take $20 in credit and this itch spray." Think twice before taking your dog to get a trim, or better yet, stay and watch so this doesn't happen.
