We had to bring our sweet little girl Smokey in for a medical emergency. Unfortunately we had to make the hardest decision to let her go. Everyone at VEST was so nice and respectful and showed so much love and compassion to both our little girl and to our family. Thank you for that! This is a wonderful office. The staff is very knowledgeable and straightforward. No one wants to be in this kind of situation but that is sometimes reality and they do such a great job with the pets and the humans! THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO!

As much as we would wish we wouldn't have had to visit VEST, we couldn't have asked for a better team to take care of our baby in his final hours. The staff and doctors were knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate, and they treated Jax as if he was their own and kept us regularly updated. Thank you for the extensive care you gave our fella.

Beautiful clinic, friendly and composed staff. It was an informative visit and I was very grateful that it was overall not a long wait for me, though they were very busy on my way out. Lots of snacks and refreshments in the lobby. While jy vet couldn't accomdate scans in time, I got some answers through a timely ultrasound and labs that were helpful for the way forward caring for my baby.

I wasn’t expecting to come home after a long day to find my cat was having a medical emergency. I panicked and looked up emergency vet clinics open at 9pm on a Sunday. Vest was the first to come up, I immediately called and they answered right away putting me on the waitlist. As soon as I got there, the staff did not waste a minute getting my sweet Boonie checked in. I couldn’t have asked for better support for my kitty in his final hours. Savannah and Dr. Podmayer made sure my sweet boy was comfortable and cared for with such tenderness. Their compassion and grace meant so much during such a difficult time. And they helped me make a decision I was not prepared to make, giving me all the options and possible outcomes of each. Though I wish the outcome had been different, I’m deeply grateful to the entire team at Vest for everything they did for him. I wholeheartedly recommend Vest to any pet parent—should you ever face a medical emergency, know that your beloved companion will be in the very best hands. To my sweet Boonie boy, I love you so much. Thank you for being the best cat a girl could ask for. Gone too soon, but never ever forgotten.

Wanted to thank VEST for making one of the most difficult days I've ever had to experience in my life less of a struggle, for treating my dog Titus with the upmost care, dignity, and respect. Thank you for being straightforward with the options to try and save his life, thank you for being direct with the reality of his condition, thank you for being clear and upfront about the cost. Thank you for honoring the life and legacy of one of the greatest dogs I ever had in my life. Thank you for respecting our final moments together in your facility when the hard decision had to be made. I will never forget how good your staff were to me or Titus.
