Bay Paws Pet Resort - Ybor City

I’ve been taking my dog here since I moved to Tampa a year and a half ago. They have always done a great job which is why my dog goes so often but this last stay makes me want to give them 10/10 stars. I had a vacation planned to see my family (get to see them once a year) so my dog Curtis (who is also Deaf) was planned to be boarded for 5 days. Unfortunately after only just dropping him off less than 12 hours ago, the staff notified me early in the morning that he had been peeing black and needed to be taken to the ER immediately. My emergency contact wasn’t able to get him because they were also out of town which led me to being beside myself w regret of leaving him. The Baypaw staff stayed with him for 9 hours at the ER until they figured out what was wrong because he didn’t trust anyone else. They escorted him back to the facility once he got his diagnosis and treated him like family + kept me up to date every second. They even got him a special blanket and stuffie to lay with because they knew he wasn’t feeling good/himself. They went above and beyond to take care of him, ease my panic attack, and I can’t thank them enough for handling everything with such professional and empathy!

We boarded our dog, Max, here for a long weekend and he seemed to have a great time. The staff was friendly and kept us updated with photos. We'll definitely use Bay Paws again for future trips.

Absolutely amazing place overall both the daycare as well as the boarding and the grooming. We have been coming here for five years and there’s no other place that we trust to board them and they are also just an amazing group of people and they try to put on like monthly events to create a community and they’re just amazing overall! Bay Paws has been amazing for our golden doodle Brady! The staff is always professional and genuinely caring, and he’s excited every time he walks in. Julia’s grooming is outstanding, Brady consistently comes home looking perfect. Grateful to have a place and people that we trust. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our first experience with Bay Paws was boarding our 3 dogs for five days. From booking to pickup the entire experience was amazing. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and professional. While we were away they update us on our dogs stay with text messages and photos. The facility is beautiful and clean with so many options to choose from. We cannot recommend this facility enough for the care of your pets.
