It's irefrrshing when you go into a business to feel like they know and care about you. That they have your best interests at heart, and they're not just there to sell you anything, regardless of if it matches your needs or not, and try to make money off of you. When I feel welcome at a place I'm willing to pay a little bit more. Shane does that for his customers. He's personable, helpful and truly cares about the customer's needs. That can be a rare quality in today's workforce. Hopefully, he will be there for a long time to come.

Great service! I bought a 40lb pallet for my rabbit and Shane helped me carrying it to the car! My rabbit is very happy with their food too!

Stopped by Aloha Feed for some pellets to feed a nesting pair of ducks in my yard. Shane was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in picking the right product. The prices were way less than I expected. Excellent experience! Highly recommend!

I got tired of driving out coastal and wilco and discovered this little gem right in my neighborhood! They have the organic feed I like and customer service was friendly. It was a pleasant atmosphere. They also do military discount! Thank you. I'll be coming back!
