Pets On Broadway Hillsboro

I've been wanting to check them out since it opened. Finally got in and I was not disappointed. It's what a pet supply shop should be like. An amazing selection! I spent a good amount of time just browsing. The front window of the shop they have a huge plant selection. Labeling all of them pet friendly or not. What a novel idea! I could've easily spent a ton. The prices weren't too shabby either. I will definitely be back.

Came to visit today and we’re totally ignored by staff. Please note there was only one other person in the store at this time so it was not busy. Was looking at purchasing a spider and two staff walked past us and completely ignored us. As I turned to go see if someone could possibly help us the woman turned around and headed toward us. She then walked up to one of the reptile cages and then walked between us and the spider tanks while we were looking and when we said excuse me (asking for help) she kept walking and completely ignored us. I will NOT return here. Customer service is not something this store provides.

Pets On Broadway Hillsboro is an awesome pet store I checked out for the first time. It's a pretty big store with a huge selection of pet stuff like accessories, food, and plants. They have a few animals there too. Even though there aren't many, they're all super healthy and well-cared for. I'd totally recommend stopping by if you need any pet supplies. The staff there is really nice and friendly, super welcoming. I'd definitely recommend checking it out.

Was very happy to see that pets on broadway opened a store in hillsboro, for I desperately wanted to visit to look at all the little critters, particularly bugs, but the portland location was simply too far away. To start, the staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable on many different topics regarding the selection of critters, which is incredibly helpful for first time pet owners of any pet! I love the selection of insects, and other insect related products! Plus, if I'm remembering correctly, they even sell tarantula cribs enclosures here! Very happy to say that I purchased my beetles from here, Tank (BRDFB) and Blueberry (BDFB) are doing very well in their new home, and are awaiting a new member of the family as I make my next visit today :D (Beetles shown in the pictures below

Im glad this is here! So many things for your pets. A lot of varieties from hamsters, insects aquatics and house pets. I'm more of an aquatic person and they had their little area for that which was nice. They also have live crickets if you are in need of some. Will definitely come back
