Hollywood Feed

I went into Hollywood Feed tonight and was so impressed over the excellent customer service I was given. I worked with Mallory. I asked to please explain the differences between 2 dog food brands. I was given a thorough comparison. I also talked a bit with Karter. They both were so educated over the products. They spent time with me for close to an hour. I left there so happy and so excited for my grand dogs to try this other brand. Anytime I go into Hollywood Feed at Waverly Place, I get the best service from any other store I’ve been too. They are trained 70 hours plus get continued education. No matter who I have talked to over the last 5 years, they are thorough and are very happy to help me. I highly reccomend Hollywood Feed to anyone that has a dog or cat because they are A+ service plus the products can be trusted. I totally trust anything they tell me because they know 1st hand and they know so much. I’ve never asked a question that I did not get an educated answer to. They are the nicest group of people. They always take the time to help me and teach me about things. Thank you Mallory and Karter! I will see you all soon for some puffed cow ears because we are running low plus to continue to purchase the new dog food that I’m so thrilled for my grand dogs to get on. Thank you for the beef lung samples too!!! Willow and Stanley are so happy !

The selection at Hollywood Feed is always amazing, and they consistently have exactly what I’m looking for in stock. What truly sets this location apart is the staff — warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. They always check to see if I need assistance and are more than happy to answer any questions. It’s a great shopping experience every time.

I stopped to grab a meal topper for my dog's food while he is getting through a course of antibiotic and the guy helping me was amazing. They didn't have what I had in mind but he showed me a few alternatives. He was very knowledgeable and had the best attitude. I could tell, while helping me and ringing up the guy in front of me, that he took pride in his work and genuinely wanted us to have the best experience possible. I checked my receipt to see if his name was on it but unfortunately not. I stopped in 10/17 at 12:45 - I hope the managers check the schedule and acknowledge this young man's outstanding customer service!

My dog and I absolutely love Hollywood Feed! The staff is wonderful! They are very caring and knowledgeable of all their products. They carry good quality food and treats to keep my dog happy and healthy. It is our favorite place!

Every time I walk into Hollywood Feed I am met by friendly, knowledgeable sales people. Ready to answer any questions I may have. Their selection of treats for my zoo is endless too!
