Amazing experience at this Vetco after my kitty had scary 3 nights with a bad UTI:( We were seen by Dr. Elizabeth Walsh and she was a kind, sweet soul the moment she walked through the door. She was very direct about UTI problems in cats, and got a urinalysis done right away. She was so knowledgeable, and a part of that calmed my nerves during the visit. Jackie, the receptionist, did an amazing job as well:) Letting me know I had saved 81$ from a petco coupon! I will most definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for quick, friendly vet care.

02/10/2026 I was there as a normal freindly human, but the woman with the nose ring was acting very rude! like she's doing me a favor! No smile, no kind words, and her actions were like she just wanted to get rid of the customers asap!! Will never go back to that store again 🚫

I recently got a lizard and set up a whole terrarium, and I wanted a higher wattage light bulb. When I visited Petco yesterday, the clerk at the front (I unfortunately can’t remember his name, but he was fantastic) took the time to explain the differences between the light bulbs. I had initially grabbed the wrong one, and he kindly walked me back to show me the correct halogen bulb. He also helped me at checkout and made sure the price difference was adjusted. Overall, it was a really pleasant and helpful experience.

Very rude lady in the customer service. Don’t know her name, but reading from the previous reviews it’s the same person who refused to test the aquarium water and sell more fishes. Petco should address this issue with them rather than replying to this message with a standard response as done to other customers. Remember, customer is god. If you don’t follow this, whatever policy you adapt to, you will lose customers.

I bought two $3 female guppies two days ago. One of them turned out to be pregnant and ended up dying a day after birth. I went in for exchange the and floor lady refused to exchange or sell me new fish. I brought the fish in one bag and a fresh sample of my tank water since the fish was sitting in the bag for the return for a couple of hours. Despite bringing a fresh water sample she insisted in testing the water where the fish was marinating for hours to state that the nitrates were slightly high not too bad but thats why she died she said. I wanted an exchange and to get more fish but she declined to exchange or sell more. She said you are going to put it in the same tank. Even though I also told her I have several tanks. Is nothing new that the quality of big pet store isn’t great. She refused to exchange or sell me new fish but at the same time this is their female guppy tank.
