Presley loved Samantha! Everyone was wonderful and so kind and helpful and they were able to trim his nails no problem, dont know how when he’s hard headed with us! Thank you again for grooming him and making him so shiny! We’ll be coming back!

Extremely helpful staff. When I walked in, I was greeted by, I believe her name was Lori. She was extremely friendly and kind and went above and beyond to find a harness that fit our new dog, including going into the back multiple times since they didn’t have the correct size out on the floor. She gave great recommendations, was incredibly friendly, and absolutely loved on our new rescue dog.

The manager has no business running this store. I will never do business with Petco solely because every interaction with the store manager has been terrible. She is condescending and pretends to know more than she does. I will pay 10-20% more at any other pet store to not interact with your “manager”. There is a very nice, well kept, and professional pet store just 5 minutes from cherrydale right beside Publix that you should check out if you hate garbage pet stores like Petco.

Great pet started go to.They're always very friendly.The place is very clean.They have everything you could possibly want.Staff members are great by keeping an eye out on what's on sale and will also let you know.While checking out, I think this is the best part about the place keeping customers informed.

I visited here with my daughter, and walked out with an albino striped kingsnake. One of the best decisions decision I've ever made. Bailey was incredibly helpful in advising the best snake equipment and environment. "Noodle" is so content and had brought so much happiness to our world. Thank you!!!
