Always friendly and helpful staff. Suggestion: Would love clearance items to be marked down more-especially non-season items(like after Christmas, Halloween)-most stores mark stuff 75% off after the holiday. I am a frequent customer and this would make me buy more and also eliminate extra stock. We have very spoiled animals so maybe perks for customers such as a day where we get 50% off one item each month? :)

I went to look at fish The store was nice everybody was nice but the person that was over during the fish knew nothing about the fish I'm glad I did otherwise I could have killed a whole bunch of fish lol

I would give 0 stars if possible. Staff that works in fish department are completely full of themselves. The "feeder" fish look full of parasites and diseased. You tell me I can't buy neon tetras to feed my leaf fish then maybe you should medically treat your "feeder" fish and make them safe to actually use as feeders. Do better. The manager should be completely ashamed at how the fish department is being ran. Staff cares about which fish are used as feeders, but don't care enough to actually treat their fish properly. The fact that you would rather my leaf fish starve or die from eating diseased fish, just because he eats live fish is absurd. If you don't like nature, don't work at a petstore

Go see alanna in grooming! She’s AMAZING! She’s magic. Gave my schnoodle the perfect haircut. I couldn’t have described it better myself. She is amazing and I highly recommend her. Will be back. This was my first visit at this grooming salon!

Let me preface by saying I feel truly sorry for the staff members who are working as hard as they can here, it's not their fault seemingly one person is being made to run the entire store by themselves. Shelves are constantly empty, floors are covered in trash, and sometimes it takes ten minutes or longer to find an employee able to run the register. I've had to stop using this store. Their complete inability to keep even main brands, basic pet food, stocked means that I can't actually expect to come into this store and get even the basic essentials, I can't even buy the usual brands. Items are on shelves with no prices. Items are scattered on the floor, and garbage is all over. It's a mess and it's only getting worse as time has gone on. The in store pickup area is trashed as well. See attached photos. I feel truly sorry for the folks stuck working as hard as they can at this location despite what appears to be a total breakdown in management. It isn't their fault they are needing to restock, clean, help customers, and run the register when they're so critically understaffed.
