Well stocked with supplies, food, enclosures and habitats, and new friends to adopt! Always very clean! The employees here are always awesome! My go-to shop for crickets 💙

One of the male employees was very condescending toward both my mom and me. He repeatedly acted as though we had no idea what we were talking about, despite the fact that I already have experience with snakes and had done extensive research before coming in. He also tried to pressure my mom into holding the snakes after she had made it clear she wasn’t comfortable. While I chose to handle them myself, she did not want to, and her boundaries should have been respected. Throughout our visit, he repeatedly quizzed us on snake care as if he was testing whether we were worthy of owning one, rather than having a normal conversation with customers. When my mom stepped back because she was uncomfortable with his tone, he immediately pressured her not to leave, which only made the situation more uncomfortable. The man showing us the snakes overall came off as rude and borderline misogynistic. I highly doubt he treats his male customers like their idiots in this same way. Only after I had answered his long quiz did he start to treat me like someone who understood reptiles. I did not come here for a test, and as a reptile lover of many years I did not like the way that he treated my mom. On the positive side, the animals appear to be well cared for and the prices aren’t unreasonable. My issue is not with the quality of their reptile care, but with how we were treated as customers. I genuinely miss the previous owners and hope their service towards female customers improves in the future. I recommend you take your business elsewhere, I personally went to another reptile store in the area and found a very nice snake for under 200$ without being talked down to by the employee.

really cute store and everyone’s friendly besides the male cashier with longer curly hair, i asked if i could flip a tortoise back right side up and he shook his head yes, then he talks under his breath “you’re not supposed to but you’re going to do it anyways” while my fiancee is right in front of him. rude. Nicer man in the back with the blonde curly hair gave me my feeder rats with a great attitude tho!

I have gotten 2 bearded dragons and tons of bugs from here and would highly recommend them. Very knowledgeable of their reptiles. They sell all the supplies you would need to make your pet happy. My 2 babies i have gotten from them.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently purchased a Banana Clown Ball Python from this shop and couldn’t be happier with the experience! The snake is absolutely stunning, healthy, and very well-socialized — you can tell it was raised with care. The staff here are incredibly knowledgeable and patient, answering all my questions and making sure I had everything I needed to give my new snake the best home possible. The whole process was smooth and professional, and you can feel the passion they have for reptiles. I’d highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a high-quality reptile and great customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future!
