Theyve always been stocked with what I need when I've gone there. The employees have been helpful and friendly. They have a great return policy for food if your pet won't eat it. Only use their bathroom if you really need to. The bathroom is nasty. Graffiti all over and smelly. It's not what I expected at a pet store. It's so gross, I removed 1 star. It was that bad.

I want to thank Dee, the General Manager at PetCo, for turning a frustrating situation into a positive experience. After I had a disappointing visit with the pet styling department, Dee personally reached out to me. She truly listened not just to respond, but to understand. That alone meant a lot.

Brought my very dirty, not-often-professionally-washed dog, who has become very suspicious of everyone to a 7am grooming appt. The groomer, Karen, was welcoming and very professional. When I collected my pup he was happy, clean, relaxed and rather proud of himself! .

I didn't get her name! But a huge thanks to the manager who helped me find what I needed tonight and navigate how to help a little cat with some fleas. He didn't love his bath, but he'll appreciate all your advice in the morning. Got him a little chicken wing toy at the register -- that's also been a home run. Thanks all!

This petco is well stocked and I can always find whatever I need here. I also did a 12 week training session with AKC test here with Shawne and it was amazing! She explained the psychological reasons behind some of the dog’s behaviors, which really helped me understand my dog on a deeper level. She is very patient and tailors the class to each dog’s specific needs and spends time working 1-1 with them. At the end of each class and after passing the test, she gives goodie bags filled with shockingly good treats like bully sticks, paw print ink pad, toys and more! I could really see an improvement in my dog’s behaviors by the end of it. He ended up passing the AKC test and is a certified canine good citizen! She also has a money back guarantee if you’re not satisfied so you have peace of mind. 10/10 would recommend!!
