My cousin and my niece came in here yesterday and bought a few cute little outfits for Valentine's Day my cousin and my niece claim this is one of the best places in West Hollywood to buy outfits for your pets especially dogs they found a cute outfit for my Havanese and my Maltese that are getting married on Valentine's Day

Moved from urban pet to tailwaggers..based on the poor customer service and man recently the experience has been extremely awful. I get we’re all suffering due to current economic conditions…BUT bad customer service and empty shelves are a great way to lose more customers! I went here due to the human experience being better! Guess Amazon will be a better route.

The people working there are so nice, very knowledgeable and caring. Their stock is excellent. They have everything you might want in abundance as compared to healthy spot that can’t keep its shelves stocked and does not fulfill orders. Tallwaggers took the panic away that they wouldn’t have my dogs food!

The best experience ever! I walked in with my new puppy unsure of EVERYTHING!! The staff was so knowledgeable and patient- it really blew my mind. It’s so refreshing to work with people who love their job. A special thanks to Kyle- You’re a breath of fresh air♥️

Cool pet store. They have decent selection of accessories and toys but really shine when it comes to pet food. The variety and quality are top notch. The staff were helpful and friendly. Will definitely come back again!
