Petland Murfreesboro

We just got our two new fur babies here today, after my 16 year old dog died. They had a bichon frise identical to my last dog, and my older son fell in love with a froggie, corgi frenchie mix. Prices are average for a pet store, but many essential items were included with the cost. It’s a one stop shop for everything you need. The staff were very helpful, especially Khalil. The store was very clean. My only negative experience was that I couldn’t adopt every puppy there and hated leaving all the others. I highly recommend this pet shop!

A+++++ Service from our experienced sales Woman, Tori😂🤣😂🤣. We adopted Heath(a.k.a Bob) a Dachshund, last night and we have nothing but positive things to say about our experience. Heath is our 4th puppy we have adopted from the Murfreesboro Petland location. I will say there was another (I think female, or her pronouns might be “it”) that was also very nice to all of the other customers. OH WAIT!!! I was mistaken! ILiana was the person who helped us! She was AWESOME(like the Miz). ILiana was extremely knowledgeable and respectful. She definitely knows how to treat customers when they are making a huge life changing decision. I would like to say we will be back, but 4 dogs is definitely our limit!!! We will be back to Visit though. Thank you so much ILiana for making our lives more special! Also shout out to Tori for laughing with us. Both of these girls are Outstanding!!!!

This place is the best place to get a puppy, and the best Petland I’ve ever been to! They are super friendly, staff loves to answer all questions (I asked a million questions). The store is very clean,organized and sanitary. (Unlike every pet store/shelter in Murfreesboro. They either stink or let their animals sit in filth or confined spaces,on top of that no one gets to play with them). I have been going here for years. I purchased a purebred husky from them. He is an amazing dog and is currently 12 months old, he is not your average husky. Very quiet but outgoing personality(Loves people more than dogs lol) ,super intelligent and from a reputable out of state breeder! Yes, the pup was pricey, but you get your moneys worth they take care of the pups there all of them are transported from out of state. They do not come from puppy Mills guaranteed, and they ensure that you know what you’re getting before you buy, but also you have to ask the right questions, because Huskies aren’t for everybody just like not every puppy is just gonna match your lifestyle automatically. That’s why it’s important to know what you want and get informed on the breed before you come in or while you’re there. Some other reviews on here are very hateful. They’re just from people that were too antisocial to ask what they wanted to know or they simply cannot afford such a purchase because they’re broke. You can clearly see the workers care they are alway cleaning, keeping track of all the puppies and information abiding to them , and people try to be rude to them (I’ve witnessed it). Puppies are not a piece of clothing you pick out on a rack and go try on… they are living creatures some customers, especially parents with young children don’t understand that. Petland employees ensure that the puppies are comfortable and get the attention they need when introduced to a new environment and help them find a new home! This is why hundreds of puppies Find their new home each year here! They always have the most unique breeds. Also on top of that you can request to get the type of pup you would like! Compare the sanitation, attention provided for puppies, nice educated caring staff, and vet care provide 24/7 for their pups- it’s hands-down, the best facility in Murfreesboro maybe in middle Tennessee overall !!!! I am very fortunate to live near this store especially since I have a puppy from there so I can visit the store for supplies and so my pup can visit the employees he loves so much. He was worth every penny, and all of his papers prove he is going to live a long fulfilled life without backyard breeder issues. We visited last Saturday 11/29 and the young ladies who work here are all so sweet and loving to the animals. Tori helped us by providing us so much info on each animal we looked at, an energetic Corgi and Calm miniature Australian Shepherd who I adored. She gave great advice as well because this will be our first pet! I never thought I’d be an animal lover or ever desire to have one however coming here I have changed my mind and heart! My son has wanted a pet quite sometime and so I finally said yes to him 🤗 We spent time with a sweetie named Mac, she just laid right on my chest and has the calmest demeanor. I fell in love with her immediately 🥹 I wanted to bring her home that day however we are still learning all we can becoming the best pet owners and still deciding on a few breeds. They provide you with info on the health check ups, vaccinations, genetics and their registrations. Petland is Superb and does everything they can to make sure you go home with a healthy animal by having Veterinarians due multiple checks and providing so much with their Petland Puppy value. I feel with all they do it would be worth the prices. They are extremely clean here as well, it did not smell bad and I love they have you clean your hands before you touch each animal. I hope my son will be able to find his pal here in the near future. Great job on taking great care of the animals the way you guys do. I had to put Mac’s photo just look at that sweet face 🥲🥲🥲

Out standing place to help you get your new member of your family..they go Over and beyond I got an English Bulldog 2015 she was in excellent condition. Her cage was clean. She smelled fresh.
