(from Google)I take my two dogs to be groomed at Petco once a month. nice staff and experienced groomers. only issue I've had is them getting my dogs in on-time even having a scheduled appointment. one of my dogs shakes like a leaf and waiting 10 minutes past our scheduled time makes a huge difference for his anxiety. luckily, that little pup is always scheduled with the same groomer and that helps calm his anxiety. both pups come home clean and happy!
I know Molly, your groomer, and she graciously helped me find the right clippers for my kitty's claws. She is so great - kind, knowledgeable and fun. Your cashier, don't know his name, was equally charming and nice, and when my number and name didn't appear on the computer took the time and care to enter it. The whole vibe in this store is upbeat, friendly and helpful. Plus I get to look at wonderful animals while I'm there.
Expensive for some items good deals for others. Store seems smaller than most other Petcos is only noticeable difference between this store and other locations. Bought a fountain for my cat and he loves it from here. Using your email for the store loyalty program is definitely worth it and you earn points fast. Save a dollar or 2 every couple visits.
Oh, how I love me some Petco. Popped in here with the kids today. And got to see a bunch of ferrets jumping around happily. It was so sweet. I actually really did consider getting two. But the price of a ferret was astronomical. Compared to what they were ten years ago, when I had my last one. They wanted five hundred bucks for each ferret. WOW maybe the ferret's knit gold sweaters, who knows? Lol. But this place is really awesome. And all of the workers inside are knowledgeable and kind. Of course.I would highly recommend stopping in if you need something for your furry.Pet friend. Or just popped by to browse the friendly little animals.
Karely in grooming is absolutely phenomenal with my boy Reaver. She has been seeing him since he was a puppy. His very first appointment was shortly after a dewclaw injury, so he was sore and very nervous and apprehensive initially. He has abnormally curved nails, so regular nail trims is so important. She is so patient with him, and so understanding, and really takes the time to build a bond with him. She has gone above and beyond to make him comfortable and it shows, because he absolutely loves coming to see her, and does a little happy dance everytime I tell him he's going to see her. We check in regularly to make sure the spacing between appointments is still best for him, and she's always happy to adjust as needed. I love that she cares enough to go the extra mile, especially for something simple like a nail trim. It shows how much she cares. Petco is so lucky to have a dedicated, understanding, caring and friendly person like Karely working for their grooming department!
