DJ was so helpful Jaelyn as well! they both stayed after hours! very helpful and patient. Very understanding. Professional very attentive. Will definitely recommend coming in here.

Let’s talk about my experience with my daughter. We stopped by Pet Fair today @ 12:30 pm and watched this lady speak with several families and helped them spend time with the animals so they could see if adopting that animal would be best for them (puppies temperament, how well it behaves with kids, etc). My daughter and I waited patiently to speak with this lady and my daughter asked to see a puppy. She was told “no, we don’t take them out on the weekends” it’s Friday and yall see these puppies out right? Then she was told “serious adopters only (the family next to me out right stated they weren’t interested in adopting). To be clear .. we were the only people of color there. Long story short, stay away from here. - UPDATE: Yeah it’s her. Went back on our way out and spoke with a different rep and received a totally different experience

Rose was absolutely amazing!!! Totally recommend asking for her!!! She was super patient, not pushy and no matter how often we changed our minds she never showed frustration! After helping us find the newest member of our family, she worked to make sure that the cost fit our budget and we went home with our baby boy Mayo!!!!

We had an absolutely amazing experience with Pet Fair. From the moment we walked in Jason was incredibly attentive and genuinely kind. They took the time to answer every single question we had and made sure we felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. The person who helped us truly went above and beyond, and you could tell he genuinely cared about both the animals and the families they are going home with. We brought home the sweetest Cavapoo, and he is just perfect. My daughter is completely over the moon happy and so excited. Seeing her joy has made this experience even more special for our family. We are so grateful for how smooth, thoughtful, and positive this entire experience was, and we would absolutely recommend Pet Fair to anyone looking for their new fur baby.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my long haired mini dapple dachshund at the Pet Fair! I never in 1000 years thought I would be able to do it but 18 mos no interest it was a good deal! I put my name down for the puppy I wanted and they contacted me about 6 months later to let me know they had gotten one, I went and picked her up the same day after work! We love her very much and the vet said she was very healthy! Omar is who I left my name with 6 months ago and he is who followed up with me to let me know they had one. Ask for Omar!!
