Vetco Vaccination Clinic

Update: I emailed them with the information they provided in the response. It was almost immediate that the prescription was approved…turns out after countless phone calls from myself and from the place I ordered the medication from, apparently leaving a public review is the only way to get “the internal team” to do their job. Every time I would call in I would get told that customer service can’t do anything, that’s what the internal team does..but there was never a supervisor available and there was no way to actually speak to the internal team. Allegedly there were multiple cases submitted to the internal team and I should hear back from them. I’m glad I wasn’t holding my breath because I never received any kind of communication until I left this review… Been trying to fill one of my dog’s prescriptions for almost 2 weeks now. Here we are 4 orders later and my dog still does not have his prescription. What’s crazy is they immediately approved my other dog’s prescription and we’ve had that medication for about a week already. Every time we call in, it’s a different reason as to why it’s not getting approved. My dog is supposed to get his medication tomorrow….

Very professional

Everything went very smooth and efficiently. Was well organized and quick to move people and pets through calmly and orderly. Very pleasant experience for me and my pet.

This veterinarian hospital is inside Petco with shorter opening hours than Petco. Michael explained to me that this venue is not an emergency or intense vet care but rather a center to administer vaccines and attend to minor veterinary concerns. They also test for several types of worms in dogs and can provide most treatments m. The treatment room is spotless and clean Accessible entry thru their own entry or thru Petco main door, accessible counter

Easy to book and get necessary checkups for our pets !
