(from Google)Brought my cat in to have her Matt's shaved. With 2 shots total 209.00 and once I leave , calls me and says it's 488.00. I was pissed. I said I will pick her up and when I got there they wouldn't let me have my cat unless I paid $137.00. So I called the police. **UPDATE TO THEIR RESPONSE, FIRST I SIGNED AN AGREEMENT FOR $209.00 THAT INCLUDED SEDATION FOR THE GROOMING. THE GROOMER CALLED ME AND STATED SHE COULD DO IT WITHOUT THE SEDATION, I SAID NO, I WANTED THE SEDATION DUE TO HER FIRST TIME. THEN THE OFFICE CALLED ME AND UPPED THE PRICE TO $488.00. SO THIS OFFICE IS LYING. I CALLED THE POLICE BECAUSE THEY WOULD NOT HAND OVER MY CAT. THE POLICE WALKED IN AND GOT MY CAT AND HANDED IT OVER TO ME. YOU DON'T DESERVE A DIME FOR LYING,, AND DOING THE SWITCH AND BAIT ON YOUR CUSTOMERS.
These people are sheisters. I was double charged for medication they prescribed for our dog. When I realized this happened, I brought it up to the receptionist when we returned for a follow-up visit who was so unbelievably rude, insisting she was in the rite. After sitting in the exam room for almost 1 hour the doctor came in for 5 minutes to take a look at the dog and they charge us almost $70 for a follow-up visit, she did credit me $60 for her screw up but never gave any apology whatsoever. WOW! Delivery and attitude can make or break an experience and today our experience has completely broken us and made us realize we need to find a new place to take our fur kids. If the doc is loaded up with appointments, that is understandable. Say "we are fully booked, but if you drop him off, we can work him in, if you like". Instead we were met with with attitude and resistance when we walked into the door. We decided to try an emergency clinic since this office automatically said they cant help if.... without even looking at him. All around it was the attitude behind the poor choice of words that have turned us away. We will find a new place.
Dr. Moore has cared for our dogs for years. She's brilliant, kind, and treats our babies like her own! One of her staff members, Ellen Gallo, goes above and beyond to ensure we have the best experience possible! They are like family to us.
I have two dogs under Dr. Moores care. I am overall very happy. I appreciate her practical and straightforward approach. Sometimes I can have my mind made up about the way I think my boys should be treated ( holistic meets medical). I always feel respected and heard, and Dr. Moore and staff respect my views. Customer service is excellent the girls there are super sweet. Theo had boarded with them before he is a bit challenging to handle. I have seen numerous times where Dr. Moore and her staff get on the floor and take their time to slowly earn his trust. We never feel that we are taking their time or rushed out the office. My other meatball Noah has chronic ear infections and skin issues. Dr. Moore Has done more than most of the veterinarians my dog has seen to send the sample to a lab and find out specifically what antibiotics work and actually fix the problem. I appreciate, knowing that I can trust your practice, and that my dogs are well taken care of when I leave town. Because I’m sure like many our pets are family. Miller Family
