I have been a dedicated customer at Vetco for many years, bringing my Shitzu in for regular check-ups and treatments. Dr. Louie provides excellent care for my pet, offering valuable advice and treatment options. LeeAnn goes above and beyond to show my dog love and attention, building trust and ensuring her comfort. The entire staff is patient, knowledgeable, and committed to providing top-quality care for your furry friend. The Vital Care membership program offers wonderful perks and rewards that I truly appreciate. Furthermore, the cleanliness of Vetco, from the lobby to the examination rooms, enhances the overall vet visit experience. I’m writing this review in regards to my 13 year dog chole. Chole came to us at the age of 10 years old but unfortunately was never spayed. However, if I would’ve been told about the importance of spaying or neutering our are my dog would still be alive today. My dog was given many vaccines but never any mention on pyomenta which is an illness that can affect female pets. My dog went to the veterinary every 6 months but this illness was never diagnosed. On Friday evening Chloe was euthanized because the illness had progressed. Educate your clients because had I known about this.. I would be getting ready for the holiday instead of mourning. Please again.. educate us. 😪

Travis is the best - Super kind and loves his job!! I love how comfortable the staff make you and your pet feel. They are judgement free and give great care and advice. My dog, Kaia, is a bit of a circle and the doctor was very kind when she said I needed to feed her a bit less. She also had a wound, so the staff shaved and cleaned the area and she has quite literally done a 180 overnight. Very thankful to you guys! Large Chipotle chip bag incoming at my next appointment! ☝🏽

Love them! Everyone is so sweet and friendly, very informative and supportive. My dog has to get a deep dental cleaning done and he now has whiter teeth than me! They really got every nook and crannies!

We brought our newly rescued cat Smudge here to get her an exam and vaccinations and the staff was absolutely amazing. Communication was excellent and they all made it so much easier for us as first time cat owners! The team and Vet were so friendly and took the time to explain each and every charge and procedure! Even when we had to call back to ask questions we were met with so much kindness and great help! Thank you Elk grove team!
