The older lady that works the front desk is so darn friendly and authentic and engaged and a sweetheart of a person. The doc is awesome too, even sticking his head in to say hi when we're just there for a tech visit (bordatella vax). I really, really like this place.

PLEASE CONSIDER GOING TO A DIFFERENT VET. I brought my 11 1/2 yo German Shepherd to be evaluated for several issues I was concerned about. Diarrhea that could not be cured, extreme hip stiffness and a brand new 3" tumor on her back next to her spine. Dr Eibanks took a look at her tumor and flippantly said it's a fatty tumor. I told him this doesn't seem that way because it's hard and it's not movable. Then he proceeded to tell me that her diarrhea was something that he has seen in a lot of dogs lately and it's going around. Really?? Why didn't he suggest any blood work? Why didn't he do a fecal test? The only assessment I paid for was x-rays to check out her hips. He gave me antibiotics and in about a week's time it seemed to help her diarrhea. 2 weeks later on Thanksgiving Day, my dog just crashed, she could not get up at all. She was helpless. And it went downhill from there the next day I took her to a different vet practice. They immediately suggested blood work which showed she possibly had cancer. And the fecal test as well. A week later we did x-rays on her abdominal area and it showed cancer had metastasized to her lungs!! So that tumor was cancer!!! Had Dr Eubanks and his associate done his job thoroughly I would have had a chance to process the fact that my dog was dying! Dying!!! I had to say goodbye to her last Saturday. My heart is absolutely broken. Do not go to this veterinary practice. There's so many other great vets to go to who are thorough and really care about your dog!

Calamity and Weston just had their annual check-ups, and once again Dr. Eubank and the whole team were absolutely wonderful. They treat my kitties with so much patience, kindness, and genuine care—you can tell they truly love what they do. Calamity felt like the princess she believes she is, and Weston (my little food-motivated shadow) was completely at ease. Everything was explained clearly, the visit was thorough, and I left feeling confident my babies are in the best hands. I recommend this clinic 10 out of 10 and am so grateful for the amazing care they provide. 🐾❤️
