Waited until the very end of the exam to tell me the exam cost. They used to take payment plans, but neglected to mentioned they stopped doing that. $200 for ointment and for them to puncture my dog’s growth with no real solution. They couldn’t even provide me a bandage, so she bled all over my car. They’ve changed for the worst. I’ll be coming in at some point to collect my pet’s medical records and going to a place that values pets over dollar signs.

We appreciated the service we received here so much. The doctor was very patient with us and our questions and gave us so much tender attention for our older dog.

Dr Minnerly takes great care of all 3 of our dogs, and has been so caring and helpful with our senior diabetic dog. The entire team is friendly and patient, and we love having a place we trust with our 3 pups!

I love it here! They’re super efficient and kind. I switched from VCA some months ago. No more long waits past my appointment time.

I absolutely love this clinic! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with the care of our fur babies. We have been coming here for 4 almost 5 years. They have taken care of our fruit basket (dogs) plus our foster pups! The front desk and techs are just so sweet and they take the extra time to care and get to know our pets and their quirks. They are super easy to get an appointment and are quick for pain med and trazadone refills. Dr. Minnerly is also so great. He is thorough in his testing and does what is best for the pet. He also prints out educational information for the us so we can better understand that condition or issue our pet currently has. They have fair and reasonable pricing as well. Compared to other clinics they are on the lower end for services (especially surgery). I tripped and fell one day after picking up our cat and they were so nice and drove me to the urgent care and held onto our cat for the night due to not being able to transport her. Also this is beside the point but they sell some amazing smelling candles.
