Banfield Pet Hospital

I have never had a problem with this place until today with this doctor. Washington is a horrible doctor and rude and disrespectful. I have been on the plan for 6 years but will now quit because of her. I expect an apology from Banfield and I will keep complaining until resolved. The ladies behind the counter are amazing. I have never been so upset the way she talked down to me. Do not come here as long as she is the doctor.

They called me at 8:03 AM to tell me they needed to adjust my 9 AM appointment and asked me to call them back. I tried calling back for almost an hour, constantly being told that they could not connect my call because the clinic was closed. Ended up calling a different clinic and they were able to get my dogs taken care of right away

Always professional and caring, able to get an appointment quickly , my dog has had two surgeries there with no complications.

Didn't like that my dog leg was shaved without asking and it ruined her hair cut that I pay for. It is a very large shaved area for a shot. I would have been more acceptable if it was an incision that had to be made. I should be reimbursed for a grooming!

The wellness plan locks you in for a year. The doctor lied and said my pet has kidney failure when she does NOT. They also charged us for a flea and tick treatment, then put us on a flea and tick wellness plan that’s an additional $20 a month without telling me. I thought I simply bought the box. I did not know it added to my monthly plan. Once it is part of your plan, you have to pay it ALL year, no canceling it because it is one of the millions of signatures you sign without reading anything. They show you nothing before you sign! BEWARE! I will NEVER get Banfield’s wellness plan again once these three cancel out for my three pets.
