Virginia Veterinary Centers - Fredericksburg

My pitty is a big spoiled baby who wasn’t feeling well and doesn’t like to be away from me. The staff was great and he went right with them to the back! I have been here before and did not have a pleasant experience with my other baby. But they changed that around this last time and if needed in the future I will definitely return. The doctor answered all of my annoying questions with a great attitude

When my goofball lab slurped down a pork rib, we met the amazing staff at Virginia Veterinary Centers in Central Park, Fredericksburg. While it wasn't emergent yet, our vet was unavailable at the time, and we knew it wasn'tcoming out naturally. The staff at VVC was incredibly gracious and kind. Easy to speak with on the phone and in person. They contacted our vet to get records (I was able to call ahead and we had an hour drive to them) and we're ready for us when we arrived. Every step of the process was explained, especially the financials. They reviewed and explained every charge and every possibility for procedures. I really hope we do not ever need emergency care again, but if we do, this will be our top choice!

Our dog recently had TPLO surgery and I want to shout out the staff at this location. Dr. Ericson is kind, to the point but thorough, and great at his job. He explains things clearly and gives realistic expectations for intervention, recovery, etc. Today, the receptionist Sarah, was excellent - she was kind, got us right into a room right away (which is great for our dog reactive pup), and greeted us with a warm welcome. Our vet tech, Nicole, was amazing! So personable, sweet, and you can tell she loves her job. She treated our dog like he was her own pet! I would hope our dog does not need any other surgical intervention, or emergent intervention, but we would choose this hospital any day of the week. Thank you Virginia Vet Center for taking such great care of us and our dog!! He can't wait to get back to the zoomies :)

The day after Winter Storm Fern made her presence known, we needed urgent care for our dog Daphne. When everything else was closed VCC was open and the staff were wonderful. Wait was long, which was expected. Dr Young and team were very thorough in their diagnosis and care of Daphne. I truly appreciated the thorough debrief and explanations relating to blood work and X-rays, as well as, a in-depth assessment of next steps. Dr Young did a follow up call two days later, with some additional results and suggestions. She was very patient and answered my many questions. If you are ever in need of urgent care for your loved ones, I highly recommend VCC

I had a wonderful experience. Aine was the person at the desk who assisted me throughout my time there. In a time where customer service has declined so much, Aine is a shining star! She is professional, patient and genuine. The Dr. took great care of my dog and took time to explain everything very thoroughly. I see this clinic has a pretty low score, which almost deterred me. However, my experience was great and I’m glad I chose them.
