Dr. Kahan is truly a gift to both animals and the humans who love them. We are beyond grateful for the care, knowledge, and compassion he shows to our sweet Frodo. From the very first visit, he treated Frodo like his own — with patience, gentleness, and so much heart. What makes Dr. Kahan special isn’t just his medical expertise (which is incredible), but the way he takes time to explain everything, answer every question, and never makes us feel rushed or silly for worrying. When you have a pet with health challenges, you live with constant concern — and having a vet who truly listens and partners with you makes all the difference in the world. He looks at the whole picture, stays thoughtful and thorough, and you can feel that he genuinely cares about the outcome, not just the appointment. That kind of dedication is rare. Frodo is not “just a patient” to him — and we are not “just clients.” We feel supported, respected, and understood every step of the way. Trusting someone with your fur baby is a big deal, and with Dr. Kahan, we feel completely at ease. We could not ask for a better vet. Frodo is lucky. We are lucky. As someone who was a vet tech and worked in clinic settings for 4 years, this was a great experience! I already knew what was going on with my dog but just needed a doctor to prescribe medications. He diagnosed her with exactly what I thought it was and gave her the meds that as a former vet tech, I figured she would need. He didn’t try to sell us on more than she needed and they were priced sooo fairly!!! I absolutely will be coming back here and have told all our friends and family about them. The clinic was super low stress for the dogs because they don’t take them from you or try to wrangle them on the scale for you. They also didn’t seem overbooked which I appreciate (again as a former tech). It’s so stressful for pets when there are 5 people and 7 animals in the waiting room all freaking out. I felt like I had their full undivided attention and was in and out in 20 minutes! Dr.Kahan was straight to the point which I love!! I think this is the first Google review I’ve ever written which goes to show how great the experience was!

We had our first appointment for our Benny this morning at Easy Vet on Stonebrook Drive here in Frisco. We made the appointment with Danni two days ago. She was tremendously helpful in helping us compare some cost to those of our current vet. After speaking with her we found out that across the board they are way less expensive than the vet we were using. We also get Cytopoint allergy shots for Benny every 4 to 6 weeks. Our current vet was charging us $240 per shot and Easy Vet was $40 less expensive for the same shot. After checking and reading Google Reviews we quickly grew to understand why they earn a 4.9 rating. We met with Dr. Michael Kahan and Paulina during our visit. We also got acquainted with a few other staff members. They were all knowledgeable, professional, caring and compassionate. We have been owned by many pets for over 40 years and this is some of the best and most fairly priced service and advice we have ever received. If you are reading this review I urge you to visit with them. I know they will take great care of you furry companion too!!

I can’t recommend Easy Vet Frisco enough. Our sweet Dolly girl hasn’t been feeling her best, and the staff and Dr. Kahan have gone above and beyond to make such a stressful situation feel manageable. They’ve been incredibly kind and professional every step of the way. They took the time to thoroughly explain everything to us and made sure we understood all of our options for next steps. We are so grateful for the care and compassion they’ve shown Dolly and our family.

We have been taking our fur babies to Easy Vet on Stonebrook for a little over 2 years! The staff, techs and Dr.’s are just wonderful! There bedside manner is top notch! Whether you are in need of annual visits, vaccines and nail trimmings, or a safe and loving place to say goodbye your love bug, Easy Vet has you covered! I can’t say enough good things about this vet practice!!!!! When you show up you feel like family! I want to feel that from my Dr as well as my pets Dr!
