(from Google)Took my cat in and everyone was very nice. The doctor explained everything and answered any questions. Very reasonable pricing for great service
Could not be happier with the experience we had. Took our cat in for dental work and the staff could not have been nicer and helpful. They communicated before, during and after the visit. Will be using them in the future for any needs we might have.
The smell of wet dog was so overwhelming I couldn’t sit there anymore. Nearly $600 for a kitten with a uti was a lot more than I thought I was going to spend just to be told I may need to repeat bloodwork for a spay since it’ll be a different doctor, potentially costing an additional $500-$700. I felt the whole process was rushed, some issues I presented went overlooked or brushed off as normal, Idk I expected to have a way better experience here, I was grateful for the antibiotics and that my kitten was seen and not mistreated, but I plan to go elsewhere next time.
I cannot express enough how happy I am with this clinic. I took my sweet boy in today because he’s been feeling sick. For background my boy was adopted two months ago and is very stranger danger. The medical team took their time with him and made this such a positive experience for my baby. They won him over instantly with treats and also understanding and taking their time with him. The doctor is also amazing, I don’t feel like I’m being pushed to do the most expensive thing or unnecessary things, only what’s needed for a diagnosis.
I went there to find out why my dog’s breath was smelling very badly And he was coughingand I had spoken to a female on the phone several times who seems concerned and we tried to get him in had to reschedule a couple times but finally got him in and I was feeling happy about it. When I got in I noticed right away the bedside manner of the vet tech wasn’t that good at all so I thought well maybe the doctor will be better. The doctor came in and shook my hand did not really do anything to my dog other than say he was gonna give him a chest x-ray because he had been doing some coughing he gave him a chest x-ray came back and told methat there was opaque Looking in my Dogs chest x-ray. I asked him what that meant he said he didn’t really know. He acted very strange like he was almost afraid of my dog . My dog loves people and there’s no reason to be afraid of him at all he’s sweet . He was frightenedwhen they cut his nails And they took him away from me which I could’ve told him was just gonna make it worse, whatever they did To him,he was screaming in the back. It was so bad my son and I tried to get up and go find the room that they had him in we didn’t know what they were doing to him. So the vet tech brought him back and his nails were still as long as when he went back there. I get it if it hurt him then just stop and tell me but instead they charged me for it and his nails are still long. The vet still has no answer answers as to what’s wrong with him he put him on the medication he was already taking From when he saw his old vet he had been going to before but I thought maybe he needed a second opinion. WELL don’t believe the Affordable part they did nothing to him but a chest x-ray and didn’t even give me the medicine I had to order it off for chewy for an additional $38 and that’s only cause I was the first time Customer would’ve been more. The vet bill itself,. $480 later I still don’t know what’s wrong with my dog he’s being given steroids which is making him pee everywhere and I don’t feel like it’s helping anything. If anything I feel like it’s worse. Long story short this place I feel is a bait and switch and I’m not even so sure they barely have any experience and if they do I don’t know where their experience is from because I certainly didn’t think the doctor knew anything of what was going on and he didn’t even address the smell that I went there for in my dog’s mouth when I had spoken to the Female on the phone two times about looking for a bad tooth or a tooth infection. This doctor the male doctor, mentioned something about bronchitis but did not given antibiotic just a cough tablet with a steroid and when I called to tell him my dog was acting very strange on this medication he just told me that’s normal and I need to come back for a check up I’m not going back there no way! I feel like these are the kind of places that can cause more harm than good to your pet! Just save yourself and don’t go there you’ll come out poor and now I have to find another vet and probably pay another $500 to really give me an answer.
