My 10lbs pup was attacked by an unleashed german shepard. He suffered five broken ribs and pnumothorax. Dr Mitchell at the Largo, FL location diagnosed and provided the proper treaments for our pup to be comfortable and heal. Pup spent the night at a Pet Hospital and released the next day. Our pup will continue to go to Banfield for treatments. Dr Mitchell and the entire staff are professional and caring. The office is clean, and welcoming.

I had a disappointing experience when taking my cat for a routine check up. The visit felt rushed; even though I had to wait almost 30 minutes after the set appointment time to see a vet. Prices on over-the-counter items were noticeably inflated. The worst part was having my appointment canceled on a previous day, while I was already there waiting to be seen. Do not buy their subscription based care package, total scam. Overall, very frustrating and not worth it.

There is a lack of professionalism. A very bad bedside manner. I was pretty shocked at the Vet's demeanour and what he said about my pet. I've had a lot of pets and been to several different vets in different states. It blows my mind when a medical professional is rude. It makes me sad. I honestly don't need to deal with this kind of attitude, I pay enough $$ as it is. I won't use this vet again.

I brought my dog Bella to see Dr Hala and I could not be happier with the care she received. Bella is usually nervous at vet visits, but Dr Hala and her staff were incredibly gentle and patient with her. They spoke to her calmly, moved slowly, and made sure she felt safe before doing anything. Dr Hala took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all my questions. I never felt rushed or unsure. It is very obvious that she genuinely cares about the animals she treats as well as the people who love them. The rest of the staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in, and the process was smooth and organized from start to finish. I am truly grateful for the level of compassion and professionalism we experienced here. Bella will definitely be coming back to see Dr Hala for all her visits. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a veterinarian who truly cares.
