Dr. Topor is the very best! She has cared for all of my birds (macaw, cockatoos, cockatiels, budgies and a ring neck parakeet who thinks he's a person) for years. She is both professional and caring and the staff reflects that attitude. Other people I've talked with in her waiting room feel the same about her care of their animals (dogs, cats, lizards, etc.). Everyone there seems to understand that these animals are "family."
