I've lived in 4 different states with my bunny and it's always been a challenge to find a reputable exotic vet. That being said, this facility and Dr. Borderieux are absolutely phenomenal, especially for their exotic care. My senior bun was recently diagnosed with a terminal illness, and the care he's gotten along with the empathetic yet informative bedside manner by Dr. Borderieux and the amazing vet techs has been incredible. Additionally, the pricing is affordable, especially for exotic care. Highly recommend this facility to ANY and ALL bunny parents ♡

Everyone on this staff was amazing, squeezed in my cat with urinary issues on such short notice, explained everything so well and their pricing was phenomenal for all the tests they did on my boy cat. Literally a saving grace thank you so so much.

I have been so glad to see Dr. Welborn and the team at Tampa Bay Animal Hospitals continue the locally rooted veterinary legacy that Dr. Ferrall created. I recently relocated to Florida and needed to establish care with a new veterinarian for one of my senior cats who was experiencing health issues. From my initial call, I was greeted professionally, and my pet’s records were transferred promptly—before my same-day appointment. Upon arrival, the entire team was welcoming, kind, and highly professional. Miguel Leon is an exceptional veterinarian. He takes the time to explain everything thoroughly in clear, easy-to-understand language, even sketching or mapping things out when helpful. His approach immediately put me at ease and gave me complete confidence in the care my pets are receiving. I truly feel that my animals are in capable and trustworthy hands. I highly recommend this practice.

Everyone here cares and does such a wonderful job. I am a new client and unfortunately after the third visit we had to let my cat go... The vet and the techs were allways mindful and caring, from the first visit to the last. And then they went above and beyond, they even wrote a cute card to help with my kitty's passing. I just can't recommend them enough. TLDR: Both the vet and the techs are very professional and allways have your pets best interest in mind. They are also incredibly sweet.
