Closed without notifying customers they were bought out. Had a prescription sent there they accepted it and then never mentioned I couldn't pick it up.

I’ve received two months of medication so far. Both packages were nicely packed and arrived without any damage. FedEx delivered to the wrong house last month, but that’s obviously no fault of the pharmacy.

I called in a refill on Monday. They said it would be ready on Tuesday. I get a text on Tuesday asking me to pay and get my meds. I head over to pay and get them like I have the last 6 months…. They’ve decided to not even start on the meds. It’ll take 2 more days because they don’t even compound here. Did they not notice they advertise as a compound pharmacy??? I guess they’re just a medicine broker. If they’re just ordering from a random place online and I’m waiting for their delivery dates… I’d rather go to the source. At least random online place would have my monthly refill ready ON TIME!!! My favorite is they said the meds would be ready in two days, but it took them that long to even send me a payment link. And they don’t start the order with their compound pharmacy until after it’s paid. Yes, that’s about a week to order a refill. Go somewhere you can depend on. This isn’t it.

I have not had a single good experience at this pharmacy. I’ve given it the “ol college try” and worked with several different people. However, they don’t have a good customer manner. They also don’t have a refill process. They’ve lost my entire prescription 3 times. I’ve even brought one in by paper they’ve lost. Then, they never refill it upon request. It’s just jumping through hoops and begging someone to process your payment. Literally please pick any place else.

Had two scripts sent in on 10/31. Called the pharmacy as they requested to give them my payment information. A week later still no prescription filled or sent out for delivery ( it’s in stock they just aren’t filling it). I’ve called and spoke to the pharmacy 4 times now with no resolve. No apologies from any of the staff about me having to call 4 times to get this paid for and filled.
