Rogue Valley Veterinary Emergency

So glad to have this vet ER available in our area! Our case this time was not emergent (thank goodness) but our furbaby Calypso was showing signs of arthritis pain on the weekend and we wanted to have her checked to make sure it wasn't anything else and get her some pain relief. Since our case was not emergent, we knew and expected there would likely be a wait, so that wasn't an issue for us. Since they were having a busy night Dr. Lewis took the time to call us to gauge Calypso's condition and we decided mutually we would come in the morning - we so appreciated the call and discussion as that alone put some of our worries at ease. Every member of staff we interacted with was kind and compassionate, many times checking in to make sure we didn't need anything while we waited. Even though Calypso's situation wasn't an emergency, the care was thorough and Dr. Keeling was wonderful to work with. For an ER vet their costs we found were very reasonable and the base exam was comprehensive. It's obvious they care about their patients (and the pet parents) and strive to provide a high standard of care.

Dr Lewis and the entire team at Rogue Valley Vet ER were very caring and thorough. I truly appreciated being able to be present with my dog for the entire visit. The staff was attentive and compassionate throughout our experience. The vet techs and support staff were also very gentle and knowledgeable when handling my dog. Honestly the experience was the best I’ve had with any vet in the Rogue Valley. I will be going back if I need any more emergency animal care. Pricing was transparent and fair.

This is the best emergency vet option in town!!! Dr Lewis and his team put the patients first and care is the most important— all care is done in the presence of the owners . Not like other local options were pets are traumatized. Thank you for caring for our frenchies Rika and Peanut. Very reasonable for pricing …!!! Finally Medford had a better choice for your beloved furry friends

Dr. Lewis and his team went above and beyond for our Jade. They let us know what the plan was, costs ahead of time, and tried to use resources wisely. He also made sure to check all possibilities of what was going on with our doggy. And when things proved to be different he kept trying to figure out what was happening. Unfortunately we had to put our baby down, and the whole team were there for us. They put us in a secluded room and gave us however much time we needed to be with her. I literally cannot say how amazing these people were. They also sent us a digital image of her paw and they wrapped her in a special bag for us to take her home to her final resting place. ALSO they were so reasonably priced compared to the other ER vet in the area. They also partner with a group that offers no interest payment plan options! They take care credit too, but it was nice having a no interest option. During one of our darkest moments, Dr. Lewis and his staff were the light that pulled us through.
