Used to take my animals in the past here years ago, moved back to the valley and brought my dog for a check up and they tried to tell me all kinds of misleading information. I got a second opinion and never went back.

My daughters pup sustained a leg injury and they were able to get us in quickly to assess the damage. The vet was friendly, knowledgeable and kind. Pup is doing well now! Absolutely recommend! Thank you!

We have used VCA on and off for years. The last two visits have been to send off our best friends to go over the rainbow bridge. Once 3 years ago, and once again roughly 3 weeks ago. This last time solidified my choice in forever taking any future pets to them. The compassion and kindness they show is immaculate. They keep you very informed so you can make the right decision based on knowledge and overall care for the wellbeing of your pet. The most recent visit was one of the hardest we as a family have ever had to deal with and they knew it. Not even a week after, I received a card in the mail from them with all the employees sending their well wishes..not only that...they added our boys nose print and paw prints. I don't ever think they will truly understand how much that meant to us. We wanted to do it ourselves before his passing but didn't find the time. We focused all of our love onto him instead. I figured they weren't as important as that. I had a lot of regrets and to have that show up in the time it did, made our hearts a little fuller that day. I can't express the enormous amount of gratitude I have for them on one of the hardest days. All of them hold a special place in our hearts forever and we will gladly be back with any future pets. Thank you VCA staff. Don't ever change how you do things. You are one of a kind 😇

I've been bringing my fur babies here for years. Some needing specialized care for breed specific and dietary care, up to and including pain management. I trust Dr. Schroeder and her staff. They're very knowledgeable, and I have the assurance of my children receiving the best care around.

Our frenchie was shivering and genuinely feeling horrible. He was barely walking, refused to eat or drink. We were able to get him right in to see the great staff at VCA Jackson and they took excellent care of him! Our service experience was great and even though he can be a bit ornery with the vet we were given thorough feedback, great care options and a very in-depth work up. We are very pleased with the quality of care and the staff at VCA Jackson and highly recommend them!
