Farr West Animal Hospital

The techs and staff were so kind and empathetic when I had to bring in my dog, Mia, to be euthanized. Their room was prepared with 'Goodbye kisses' for Mia and face wipes for me since I was a crying, babbling baby during this process. They were patient, allowing me the time and space I needed to say 'till later', to my baby. Later, I received flowers and a card from their whole team sharing their deepest condolences. They helped make an extremely painful event more tolerable.

My shepherd got into rat poison so I called my vet. According to their message they were having a meeting until later in the afternoon so my friend recommended her vet, Farr West Animal Hospital. They took my dog in the instant I walked in and took great care of him. I am so very grateful. I was even impressed with their pricing. Big fan here.

We are so grateful for Dr. Fulton and the amazing team at Farr West Animal Hospital. Chewey had a scary rash, and even though Dr. Fulton suspected it was just a stubborn dermatitis, he still checked for everything — from autoimmune issues to cancer — just to make sure we had the right diagnosis. My husband and I were terrified of what it could be, but Dr. Fulton was so kind, gentle, and patient with our emotions the entire time. And the best part? Chewey wasn’t afraid at all. At his follow-up visit, he ran around greeting everyone like they were his long-lost friends. The sweet front desk lady even held him while she checked other patients in. We are so, so glad we found this place. 🐾❤️

We have always liked our vets at Farr West Animal Hospital. Kept our pets healthy as they grew. But everything is always pleasant when pets are young and healthy. We experienced what most pet owners will have to one day. Deciding when it's time to be humane and not selfish. Our bull mastiff/lab gave us 12 1/2 great years of love and loyalty. So when it was time to love him enough to put him to rest it was such a devastating decision. The staff was knowledgeable and informative with compassion. After making the final choice we set a date and even then in the room where he gave his last breath we never felt rushed. The tech Cherilyn and Dr. where so patient and let us say all the goodbyes we needed. A couple days later while the pain was still fresh we received a floral arrangement that brought us comfort and showed us how caring Farr West Animal Hospital staff all are. Then a week later we received a letter from them again that made us feel so seen and loved. Thank you again Farr West Animal Hospital Staff. We highly recommend y'all for all stages in life and for making that final decision for the pets that gave us their whole lives. - Stewart Family

I switched to Farr West Animal Hospital from our different vet in North Ogden, and I’m SO glad I did! They helped us with our dog who was diagnosed with cancer in April of this year, and although we had to say goodbye to her, they were there for us every step of the way. Our second dog was recently diagnosed with cancer and needed an ear amputation and Dr Godfrey did absolutely amazing on her ear. I love how up front they are about their costs and nothing is a surprise cost wise. This was my biggest complaint about my last vet. Farr West Animal Hospital has been amazing to our dogs and to us, and I’ll recommend them to everyone!
